High-quality service done with so much care. All interactions with our two caregivers have been terrific. One thing we have been very pleased by is that the caregivers make positive suggestions to family members when they see any issues or needs. We are always in the loop with what is happening by logging into Home Insteads very useful Family Room portal--an online site where caregivers post what they have done that day and how our family members are feeling. Its also a place where we can discuss any issues the caregivers have noticed with management. The site is very well managed; someone is always monitoring it for messages between us and the caregivers. Its very helpful for people who are managing the care of their loved ones from afar. We are also pleased that there has never been a lapse of service or a caregiver running late--either our main caregiver is there on time or her replacement, and having the consistency of two known individuals has been great. We are grateful and we highly recommend this business!

Home Instead Senior Care of Rochester, NY is a wonderful organization. They have been assisting with caring for my 90 year old mother for the last several months. A caregiver comes in three days a week for four hours and does light housekeeping, reviews her calendar of appointments, provides companionship, takes her grocery shopping, to her doctors appointments, hair dresser appointments and any where else she needs to go. My mother describes her caregiver Linda as someone who right away seemed like "a friend I have had for years". As I live out of state, the services they provide have given me piece of mind with an aging parent. I am very grateful for all they do and highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with an aging parent. The management staff is top notch and always responds to my questions right away. The patient care portal and daily care logs are absolutely a wonderful way that I can monitor what is going on. If I could give them six stars I would. Thank you.

Home Instead Care at Canal Landing Blvd. is a great resource for families. Lori, Joy, Jennifer... were always available and receptive to our concerns re: our mom. We were very impressed not only with the communication, and level of care given to my mom - complicated by her frontal temporal dementia - but with us! They were so patient, and willing to go the extra mile to be sure mom was getting the best care possible. They go above and beyond, more than other services out there. They care.

Home Instead is a great place to work for as a Caregiver for the Elderly. They have training programs and hard working office staff that will give a caregiver suggestions as to how to handle problems. The only problem is that sometimes we as caregivers have very little work and then other times its as if we feel like we have to take on a lot of hours in order to be recognized and sacrifice our family time in order to get a lot of hours and recognition

We have been using Home Instead Senior Care for almost a year and have to say we are very pleased with the companion care our mom has gotten. Whenever I call the staff cannot not do enough to help us out with having the companion our mom enjoys having. They have become friends mom teaching her how to make her famous stew etc. I do recommend them to who ever is looking for stay at home care for their loved one.
