We have been going to Dr. Licata since January of 2016 when we got our puppy. She has been nothing but helpful, caring and passionate about our dog and animals in general. I dont know many vets that will answer your texts and respond to you while working to help ease your worry about your pet. She is always attentive and we can count on her for anything. As for Erie Canal Animal Hospital, they are just absolutely wonderful. They love our dog and give him such great love and attention. Truly a great place. I highly recommend going there to anyone.

If I could rate this with 0 stars I would. This place tells us that everything is fine with our cat and that hes super healthy, after trying to sell us some bogus insurance, 200$ later. Something was still wrong with him, so we took him to another vet. Come to find out he has spots on his liver, and fluid in his heart and is in stages of heart faliure. The trained professionals here couldnt find that out and still charged us 200$. This place doesnt care about your animals, just making money.

Dr. Licata has been my vet for my cats and reptiles for years. When she left her old location and joined the team at Erie Canal AH, I followed. The interactions I have had with the staff here have been nothing but professional, caring and pleasant. Not only are they knowledgeable, they are also willing to grow and learn. They are curious, they listen...They follow through. Even though it is out of the way for me to go there, I would not consider another group for my animal care needs

We love this Office. We have one pet that has many health problems and each time we go we are offered many options for medications so may choose which fits our budget. Our previous vet would give us a very hard time about getting medicines from anywhere other than them. It has been quite a noticeable difference. I never leave feeling like they were trying to get unnecessary test or have us spend more than we need to.

We have ferrets and had an emergency and could not find a place that would help us. When I called they said they were booked but she asked the doctor and they managed to take us in. The staff was very nice and helpful. Best experiance Ive had with a vet. Will definitely choose this place for future visits
