North Rockland Animal Hospital, and Dr. Byman are the BEST. I have been with Dr. Byman for 17+ years. My animals are my life and I am completely confident, comfortable and trusting of him with my animals (over the years it has been parrots, dogs, cats). He is knowledgeable, has a high level of experience and keeps up to date with Veterinary changes and or new discoveries. I respect his opinions and trust his advice. Quick example: My dog was very ill, vomiting blood. I had to take him to an emergency vet one night. When he returned home with me he was on several medications. He was not getting better. I spoke to Dr. Byman and he made one change in the way I was told to administer one of the medications. In no time my dog was much better. It was Dr Byman’s experience and knowledge that made a big difference. I have more experiences like this with Dr. Byman, but it would take up to much space to tell it all. The staff is also great (Gemma and Amanda just to name a couple). They are very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I just can’t say enough about the staff and Dr. Byman.

Convenient location, adequate parking, clean facility, state-of-the-art equipment, technology, methods, and procedures, fully equipped with professional, intelligent, knowledgeable, kind, caring, compassionate, sympathetic, honest, veterinarians and staff members on the premises, along with a short waiting period. I am a first-time client, who decided to take a chance on trying a different animal hospital, and it was the best decision that I ever made for my cat! I am very impressed with everything that the North Rockland Animal Hospital has to offer, and will most certainly be back again, in the future! Dont hesitate to bring your animals to this facility for the best care that they could ever possibly receive! You wont regret it!!!!

Weve been going to North Rockland Animal Hospital for the past few years and the staff is absolutely fantastic! The times Ive run into Dr Byman outside of the office, hes always gone out of his way to ask about both my husband and cats by name! When we had to put our terminally ill kitten to sleep recently, the entire staff went above and beyond in making the experience tranquil and painless for him. These are people who truly love your pets (both Gemma and Dr Bosma were sad along with us at our kittys passing), will get to know them (Amanda always remembers our cats behavioral quirks), and also care about you!

Dr . Puzios practice has taken care of my poodles for the past eighteen years, I want everyone to know that he is the best. He treats the animals as if they were his own and goes the extra mile to make them well,calls after hours to check to see how the pet is doing taking time to answer all your questions. His staff is friendly and dependable, appointments are on time. After all these years he is just not my vet but a true friend. 17 inside cats and 10 outside cats. I use North Rockland Animal Hospital for all and have for a number of years. I love Dr. Byman and Dr. Bosma two caring individual. Compliments to the wonderful staff. We were fortunate enough to have several cats live 20 years and more because of the quality of care. Further, North Rockland Animal Hospital partners with the Care About Stray group. I would highly recommend this facility.

the doctors here are great; weve been taking our family pets here for 10-15 years. recently when we put my rottweiler to sleep they were very comforting and made the process as easy as possible.
