The receptionist is so rude she makes it bad for the doctors. Shes has no care and compassion. She chose to wrong job. I dont want to go there again because of her.

It is quite normal here to be kept waiting an average of 2 hours or longer past your appointment time to see Dr Fresenda, even for a prescription or advice .
