My experience with the Optometrist Scott Seidel was great but the office area where they do the billing needs work. I have had to call several times to try and straighten out my bill. I had to call over 4 times just to have my bill submitted to my insurance company. When I received my bill my last name was also wrong. I had given them my insurance card, and wrote this information down a few times. I wouldnt complain except when you receive a past due notice for the full amount of the bill twice and your insurance company hasnt been billed for over 1 month and your last name is spelled wrong is just plain irresponsible.Plus the problem still hasnt been resolved. Their customer service department makes you do all the work like referring you to call another number instead of calling for you to straighten it out when it was their mistake in the first place isnt good customer service.

The entire setup: nice location, parking area, welcome center, doctors, pharmacy, etc. I loved my experiences with THIS location!!
