This rating is not based on the doctor; it is based on the office. I have been trying to make an appointment for days now. When I first called, I was required to leave a message. I was called back later that day to schedule an appointment. While talking to receptionist, it was determined that since it had been so long since last visit, I would be considered a new patient and that I would have to wait for them to call me back later in the week to schedule...??? This was on a Wednesday. Friday came and went. No call. No call on Monday either. I called back again on Tuesday and was required to leave a message again... It is now Wednesday again, no word from them. It should not be this involved to make an appointment.

She seems like a nice enough doctor, but zips through the exam so quickly, it makes you wonder if youve really been checked out thoroughly. She is well aware that I was a sun worshipper back in the day, but NEVER checks the bikini top area, where there is a lot of sun damage. Also, I had a small blackhead removed from the side of my neck & was charged over $200 for "acne surgery" !!

I am prescribed isotretinoin for severe cystic acne. My doctor and I had to enter into a contract with the ipledge program. Doctor Lender is a very nice person, however, she has not done her part which is required by law for the month of august 2015 which has left me without my prescription being filled.

Amazing and super friendly staff and doctor! I highly recommend her and her office. They take care of all of my needs and then some!!
