Dr. Kaehr is a wonderful doctor and I really hated to leave as he was a doctor for myself and children.... however at the birth of my newest son, I was unable to get through via phone call. I had finally spoken to someone (Barb I believe) who said they would speak with Dr. Kaehr about taking my newborn on as a new patient. She never called me back and about 2 weeks had passed. My grandmother who is a patient here was able to talk to Barb on my behalf, however nothing came of this. I ultimately ended up finding a new doctor for myself and children and was very disappointed in this as Dr. Kaehr is a great doctor, very nice guy and worked very well with my son. Unfortunately now, it is difficult to get through via the phone and it is difficult to even get a well child appointment within the month.

Is it really ok that no machine or person answers the stinkin phone. Ther are no office hours pisted and I have watched workers continue with what they are doung and Nobody answer a ringing phone. Ridiculous. 20 min of just lettung it ribg. Still. Nothing.
