I had expierenced severe prostitits pain that woke me up, and could not move I had to lay out my stomach for several minutes. I called the physian on call at 4:30am for this, and specicaly told them I do not want pain opioid medication, just an antibiotic to help with this pain in the future. The answer I was givin by Dr. Nancy Hoffman was, "this is not an appropiate call at 4:30 in the morning, you shouldve schedule an appt. Keep in mind this just happened. Very rude service and terrible wait time. I once found either a roach or waterbug in the bathroom crawling on the ceiling. Terrible doctor.

This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a doctors office. Because of their lack of professionalism I went over a month without pay. They are incapable of working in conjunction with any other medical sources. Be it physical therapy, specialists, or disability case managers. You should be ashamed to call yourself a family practice.

I went to the office a month ago to get a prescription and it was never called in, I then called again to get it filled and still it is not in!!!! I now have to wait another month since the office is closed on sundays.... this is ridiculous

I go here for my basic needs, physicals, flu, etc. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors take their time to understand my issues. Id recommend them.
