Way over-billed the insurance company. Told my wife that she couldnt buy contacts from anywhere else because insurance wouldnt cover it. Receptionist is extremely unorganized. Charged $250 for contact lenses. Forced my wife to pay an out of pocket "fitting fee" of $40 when her prescription didnt even change.They ordered the wrong contact lenses. Charged another $144 for 2 trial pairs of lenses. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Receptionist is a perfect example of the worst kind of service you could ever want.

I went to Dr. Bishop to have a full eye exam. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, he and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Bishop was very personable. He spent time with me; he was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions in a way that I understood. I bought new glasses at his office, my choice, and his prices were competitive. I would differently recommend him to my friends.

Worst eye care center I have ever been to. If I could have given them zero stars I would. They have a horrible front staff. I had to return twice because the doctor kept making a mistake with my contact lens script then when I called to get some questions answered about my eye glasses no one could help and they never called me back. It has been over a month!!!

Love Dr. Bishop! Have been going to him for about 5 years. Always very professional, attentive, listen to your concerns. Complete, comprehensive exams. However, this is now a new practice! New staff very unfriendly, not knowledge! If it wasnt for Dr. Bishop staying on, one day a week, and Maddie the contract lens specialist , I would go somewhere else!

I could not disagree more with these reviews. I have an unholy high prescription. Dr Bishop handled my eyes with care and professionalism that i havent seen in almost a decade. The staff is so friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
