I am one of those people who is told time and again that I "have no veins". Im notoriously hard to prick. I heard about Any Lab Test Now through my provider and googled the Franklin location... I read good reviews about Thomas and spoke to Thomas before coming in. Due to misinformation, I made an appointment at the wrong location and the other person was unfortunately not able to get my blood. However, after driving to the right location, I met Thomas in person and although I was nervous, he made me feel welcomed and did not seem to mind at all that I have extremely tiny veins. Thomas is awesome! It did take him two tries, but on the second, he got it! He did have to use a different location other than my arms (he tried my arm first). Even though it hurts more in the hand, he got that one on the first prick and honestly, it didnt hurt as much as I thought it would have. He was very attentive to my needs the whole time. I hate needles and he tried very hard to make me feel comfortable. The only other person who has been able to successfully get my blood is a nurse two hours away in Jackson, TN! I did not want to drive all the way to Jackson just to get it done. Thank you Thomas! You rock! Thank you for being friendly, patient, and understanding towards those of us who HATE NEEDLES! The only reason why Im giving the lab four stars and not five is because of the miscommunication of appointment-making. I was told Thomas would be at the midtown location and ended up driving all over town just to get to him. The other lady was nice, but it just wasnt the same as Thomas!

Thomas rocks!! (And so does Jennifer!). I come in every week, and I love their service and heart for your customers!! Thomas addresses me by name, takes time with me if I have questions, has a great balance of building relationship with us as customers, while keeping the business efficient!! He is sincere and genuine - you couldnt ask for a better person to represent you all in your business!! Thanks for your consistent customer care thru him!! (Same could be said for Jennifer!)

I have had my annual blood tests done at this location for 3 years. This year was a terrible experience. First, they tried to charge me $200 more than the prior years. We got that taken care of, then he refused to take the $10 off coupon from the website even though there was no restrictions on the coupon. He was not friendly for spending $500! And, my arm is totally bruised. I have never had my arm so bruised.

My experience at Any Lab Test Now in Franklin was definitely worth sharing. The customer service was outstanding, the employees were very friendly, and the service was very quick. Any Lab Test Now is able to get me in, taken care of, and ready to complete the rest of my day. If you are looking for the perfect place for a simple and efficient lab test this is the place to go, hands down.

Any Lab Test now was WAY less expensive than my doctors office - they dont take insurance, and Quest Diagnostics was almost twice the price. I have never had anyone get a vein on the first stick (Im one of THOSE people) and Thomas hit it with no trouble. Im super impressed. Thanks, guys.
