Went into Petsmart to buy dog food for my dog who is losing weight, my elderly mother asked the receptionist at Banfield a question and she replies by saying "I cant answer your question if you are not a patient here." Well I AM a Banfield client as my dog Henry is a patient ..... that is until my prepaid health plan expires.... if they are that rude to a sweet elderly lady who is concerned about her dog then I wont patronize this establishment any more!!! Especially since mydog is a patient at Banfield!!! Called the practice manager about the rude behavior and she seems to be unconcerned with her staffs behavior as they sit at the counter and talk about people loud enough to be heard by others standing around the counter. If you do not expect your front staff to act professional and allow them to be rude then I suppose you dont need business. I must say that Dr Bates at the Alcoa location and her staff are exceptional as they are always concerned with my pet. DO NOT PATRONIZE THE FARRAGUT LOCATION OF BANFIELD!! If they do not understand that my dog is my family and my concern for my pet is just as important as it is for my blood relatives then they should get better office help!!!

They killed my cat. My cat was dying and when they came in they acted as if it was nothing. They made us wait like 20 mins, wouldve been longer if we didnt tell for them because he looked like he was having a seizure . When the doctor came in she was really rude. She just glared at me and then said," what is wrong with him what could we do" and I was like "your the doctor tell me" she said it could be a long list of things and she doesnt know. Then a couple of minutes later she walked in and said plainly with no emotion "your cat died how would you like to pay for it". They are responsible for having under quailified "vets" as their phsyicians. They have no emotion only care about the money and dont care about you or your cat.

We were lied to about our dogs rabies vaccine. I took my dog for his rabies shot and specifically asked about 3 year rabies shot and the nurse Amanda said yes hell get 3 year. After the shot was given, the paperwork said it was for one year. The nurse completely denied about 3year shot and lied to our face. Now we have no choice but to pay for another visit and another shot next year. I dont trust them anymore. Makes me want to think what they really do to your dog when they take them in the back to give vaccines and do other tests. I would never take my dog back there.

On Sunday I called to make an appointment for my 11 1/2 year old Shih-tzu. I was so happy when they cheerfully said I could bring him on in immediately. From the time we arrived, I honestly could not have been more pleased. Dr. Box and assistant Melissa were absolutely wonderful. They spent so much time with us explaining everything. The care they showed for my fur baby was magnificent. We will continue to use this office for all of our vet needs.

Banfield serves me and my two canine pets well. Lots of smiles at this Banfield. Its also easy to make a new friend in the waiting area who loves their pet as I love mine. Banfield maintains national records for my pets which comes in handy with travel and maybe needed pet care. I have to keep up very little with both of my pets on the Banfield wellness plan. Good job yall!

I have six dogs and they have always been great. Dr. Garren has taken care of my dogs from the very first visit and has been nothing but professional and honest. I always listen to everything Dr. Garren tells me so there is no room for doubt or misunderstanding. I highly recommend Banfield and Dr. Garren to anyone with pets.

Weve been using Banfield for about 10 years. We used one in St. Louis and Springfield and now Knoxville. Springfield and St. Louis are fantastic, but Knoxville is lacking in customer service and cleanlyness. The whole PetSmart had a foul oder when you walk in, that no other PetSmart has

Staff is great and really caring to my puppy...they have always been. Recommend this location and this staff! :) Ollie loves doctor Sangid!!! :) always hits and kisses for him as soon as we walk to the counter!! He loves it there and that makes me a happy momma! :)

Could not ask for better service! We had an emergency with our dog on a holiday no less and they sent us right to the front of the line and helped us out greatly! We signed up for their maintenance plan & have been very satisfied customers for 2 years.

Everyone is friendly and extremely intelligent. Dr. Sangid is my favorite and is also the best around with dachshunds.
