Awful experience. I felt like the Dr and nurses were just going through the steps with out actually caring about diagnosing me. $163 later the Dr tells me to take over the counter meds that I was ALREADY taking! I had to explain to the Dr. thats why I was there and she looked completely lost! I had to ask for the sinus cocktail shot and she offered to write a prescription but never gave it to me! I was just so ready to leave, I didnt even bother trying to get it from her AFTER being asked to pay more money! This place should be closed b/c the employees there should not be allowed to treat patients. Ive never left a Dr feeling worse when I left than I did when I came in until today!! Just awful!!

Possibly the worse care ever. Walked in and the receptionist was on her personal phone, completely ignoring me then acted like I was a problem when I introduced myself. She then had her fingers in her mouth chewing off her fake nails and spitting them into the garbage. Freaking disgusting. And proceeded to tell me that the pharmacy that I had chosen to send my medicine to didnt exist, even though I had the address clearly wrote down and I also showed her proof on my phone. The doctor was nice but I dont think she fully understood my concern. I will try my best to never return.

Customer service is awful...... three women who ducked off in the corner of the office so you cant see them talking about NOTHING!!!!! Very unprofessional!!!!! Only brought my daughter here based on her insurance and due to timing but never again! Its only us in here and still havent been called yet over thirty minutes! #Horrible Customer Experience and Work Ethics!

A complete waste of time. The place was deserted yet it still took over an hour to get 2 prescriptions. Dr. Jaipuri is rude and extremely unhelpful. She wouldnt prescribe the medicine I needed and ordered a completely unnecessary urine test. I will not go back.

The wait time was kind of long but it was my first time. Overall services were very good. I got my perscription fast they just emailed it to my nearest pharmacy and all I had to do was pick up. Fast visit.

Hours on website are wrong. It says the Poplar location is open until 7 and it was closed at 6:05 when I arrived. Please fix the hours of operation, very inconvenient.
