I dislike this office for many reasons. When having to have treatment they give you 2 quotes one is the ultimate with all the expensive drugs and better care and the second is drugs maybe not as potent as the others then they make you choose what amount of money you can afford for your pet its disgusting. They also charged me a dispensing fee of $20 for medication and I was told it is for checking the meds making sure they are not expired and counting or measuring the meds? The fee was more than the medication. I will never ever go back. They also had to put my lab down and charged me $15.00 for a box (car board) to put him in to get him out of the office upon a $1500.00 bill because they started with exploratory surgery and found cancer within seconds of opening him up but it cost me $1500.00 and $15 for a box.

I have seven dogs and 4 of them have been taken care of by another Vet since birth until I moved to Mayer and started taking them all to Dr. Lynn. Originally 18 months ago I had them rated as 5 stars, I was very pleased with the care they have received, everyone at Kachina is very caring and outgoing. More importantly my dogs like them and like going there. The addition of Dr. Bellew is a great addition to the staff Unfortunately over time the cracks in the practice started showing up. CONFIRMED appointments suddenly disappear from the schedule, takes repeated phone calls to them to get the results of and review tests results. One of my dogs has been diagnosed with a fibrous growth and is reaching the end of his life and they dont even return calls about changing his medications or treatment plans.

Kachina is great! They are very thorough with examinations and treatment. When our dog Shiloh, a beagle got sick with an incurable disease they did everything possible to save him and provide comfort when we finally had to put him to sleep. With our new pitbull mix, Deuce, they helped guide us through helping him get over all of his fears because he had been mistreated by some of his former owners. Now he is happy and well adjusted and loves to visit there even though he gets allergy shots every 2 weeks. I would recommend them to anyone who loves animals.

We have been using Kachina Animal Hospital for about 5 years. Dr. McGill is very calm and patient with the dogs, giving them time to be comfortable with their checkup. She also provides excellent and detailed information about options you might have. I have appreciated having her as our family vet.

they are horrible cant even work with you on a payment plan they want the money up front so people like me who are on a fixed income cant afford that much so they just dont care if you animal dies. I hope this place closes it door cant even work with people such bullshit

During surgery the vet used a heating pad, which other vets told us should never be used, and severely BURNED my puppy. She has numerous third degree burns on her back. The vet admitted this happened to another dog previously. Do not trust the facility.

My dog Jasmine is not good with new people and places but they were so sweet and gentle with her that she actually relaxed through the exam. They are so caring and professional that I would recommend them to anyone with animals. Thank you for being there!

Weve been with Kachina for almost a 2 years now, they have always taken great care of us and our pets. Weve gone through a loss of a cherished kitty and they were there for us, as well as an adoption of a new kitty - again with us all the way.
