I took my dog in because she ripped 2 of her toe nails off, I was told they would at the very least put some quick stop on her bleeding foot and was given her back because they were "too busy". Even the nurses who were supposed to apply it wouldnt see her. They wanted me to leave her there just bleeding and theyd get to her when they had the time. No, thats not OK. I took her home and put corn starch mix on her feet and made sure the bleeding stopped. Come Monday shell be seeing a real veterinarian to make sure shes OK. When we brought her in to get shots and chipped, at first they moved her appointment three times for "emergencies", then they were rude and in a rush to get her out when we finally got her in and I didnt ever want to bring her back but on Saturday your options are limited. I DO NOT suggest this place, ever!

I took my dog to Banfield and he needed care ASAP and they where open at 7 am. There prices are very reasonable. The 35 dollars a month is such an amazing deal. They were so nice and caring for my dog when he needed help. They treated him like he was there own dog not just some customers. Also I love that they check up on your pet after they seen them, it truly shows that they care. I also loved that I got to talk to the vet themselves after the surgery and ask questions and get there feed back. I would recommend them to anyone to take there pets to. I couldnt of been anymore happy with the service that I received at that time. Thanks again Banfield of West Valley for all of your help when my dog needed it the most!!!

After the many expensive and horrifying experiences I have had with other careless vets I would rather be skinned alive, boiled in acid, and have my remains run over by a steam roller before I ever EVER take my beloved cat Dexter anywhere else other than the Banfield in Westvalley. I actually live in Midvale, but am willing to drive all the way there because I KNOW they can take care of me and Dexter, and every single time they deliver their promises and more. I love these guys so much! I just wish I had heard about Banfield sooner because their wellness plan has seriously saved me so much hassle and money.

watch out for these guys. The 5 star reviews are fake from employees. They do not do what they say they do and if you fall behind even one payment they will void your contract and make you pay for every service that they have rendered for you for that year and conveniently they dont allow you to even catch up your $34 payment and they admit to you. we lost our credit card due to theft which is out of our control and now stuck with the ridiculous bill watch out for the bait and switch.

West Valley Banfield Pet Hospital is the only place I would take my pets! They are the most caring, sensitive, and provide the highest care possible. My previous veterinarian voiced her dislike for my new dog and asked me to muzzle him. West Valley Banfield has never had any problems with him. He loves going there and they love him. He has a chronic illness and they have treated him and he is symptom free.

I took our new puppy Nala in on Friday for a puppy checkup and her first round of vaccines. Everyone was helpful, considerate, and took care of Nala like she was theirs. They made sure to explain everything to me, procedures, programs, etc., and I really appreciated that they called the next day to check in on Nala after the vaccines and asked if I had any questions. Will definitely be telling friends to go here!

I have been taking my dog here ever since I adopted him, going on 10 years now. Even though I have moved across the valley I still make the drive because the Doctors and staff know him and treat me well. They have been a great help, and a great comfort. I have the Banfield pet plan and that saves me a lot of money annually as well as give me the peace of mind that I can take my dog to the vet anytime.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE I TOOK MY DOG IN NOT EVEN A MONTH AGO CUZ HE WAS VERY SICK THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG BUT I KNEW THERE WAS CUZ HE WAS THROWING UP BLOOD AND STUFF THEY SENT HIM HOME WITH ME AND HE JUST PASSED AWAY TODAY!! I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST TAKING YOUR ANIMALS SOMEWHERE ELSE ALSO THE VETS AND EVERYONE ARE VERY RUDE! I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THIS PLACE A STAR!

I love Banfield! They are so great with you pets and they always have found out what was wrong with my pets and have cured them every time. No multiple visits to come back when your animal is sick again they do the tests and figure it out. They listen to you about what is going on and what concerns you have. I drive 40 minutes each way to go there. Never take my pets anywhere else.

Very rude and not helpful at all with questions, only wanted me to make an appointment even though it was a superficial wound that didnt need to be seen by a vet. Very unpleased with service and will be purchasing my dog products elsewhere.
