We have been with Dr. Lapardo for 10 years and she and her staff have always been the best with our pets. We had to put down our first family dog several months ago and it was heartbreaking but Dr. Lapardo and her staff were understanding and sympathetic while assisting us in the decision. We recently acquired a new furry friend and took her straight to Amherst. After researching some of the alternatives for puppy care we found Amherst to be comparable in price while being more caring than a pet store clinic would be. We would recommend this team to all of our friends and their pets.

Dr. Lepardo is the vet we see and she is amazing! She really does care for the animals and she isnt all about making money and running a million tests to "make sure" the diagnosis is correct. She tells you how it is and what is needed, but is nice to your wallet at the same time. Not only do I love Dr. Lepardo, but the receptionists are nice and friendly as well. Ive stopped going to places I liked because the receptionists were terribly rude and unfriendly. This place definitely stands out among the rest and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet!!!

We met Dr. Lapardo through our Sheltie Rescue group, I liked her and thought I would try it out. So I began taking my pups to Dr. Larardo. She really does care and puts the critters 1st above all else. She does not play on ones emotions to squeeze every penny out of you. She tells you the truth plain and simple but in a very gentle way. She gives you treatment options and will let you know if they will all lead to the same end result and she lets YOU make the choice. We really recommend her!!!! EW

My cat was in distress when i arrived at this clinic this morning as it opened at 7 am. The staff was understanding but the Dr was not do for two hours. The staff did not even attempt to contact the Dr to see if they could come in asap. I was given the address of a clinic a mile away that "should be open" but they were not positive if they had a Dr available. Luckily they did but the results were not good. We had to put the cat down. Very disappointed in the way we were tested.

Dr Rhonda Lepardo D.V.M. is the best Vet Ive ever taken any of my animals too. Shes taken care of all our dogs, from Rottis, Cockers, Heelers, & in-between over the last 10 yrs, theres nobody else I trust my animals with. Id go to her myself in an emergency and nobody else was around at the moment, & put my life in her hands.
