I was traveling with my dog and I received a last minute request for her to have a health certificate, 8 hours of notice before our flight. I called my primary vet and they couldnt get me in so they gave me two other vets info. I called Phoenix Dog, Cat and Bird Hospital second, the other couldnt get me in either. I am pretty sure the staff scheduled me during their lunch. I am so appreciative of their flexibility and willingness to help a new customer in need. I really am thinking of switching over permanently.

We took our herd of 3 dogs here and were very pleased with the whole experience. The staff were friendly and all 3 of our dogs took to everyone right away. The staff and the Dr were very attentive and took time with each pet before, during, and after the exams. We were given options but were never pressured to do more than what we brought them in for. Our dogs were very comfortable with the Dr and she thoroughly examined each one. We will definitely take them here from now on.

If i could do a zero star I would! I just went in to take take my puppy, and the receptionist was rude, and told me they were closing in a few hours and the Dr was out on lunch and wouldnt be back for "while" but as Im walking out the Dr pulls in, in his vehicle and hurries in thru the back door when my kids say hey mom the Dr is back, he can help... I chose this place because of the great comments and high star rating but I was definitely disappointed.

I have to say, for having one of the worst days of my life the staff there was absolutely amazing. Ive never been to a vet where the vets actually spent so much time with me and my dog. The vets were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They even drew out what was happening to my dog so I could understand. They were extremely compassionate and helped me out financially. I would highly recommend this veterinarian hospital to anyone with a pet.

My first visit to this facility was wonderful! Dr. Bilsland made my 12 year old kitty, Mary, feel like she was in loving hands (and me too). I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received while I was on the phone setting the appointment and during the appointment. I have been using Phoenix Dog, Cat, and Bird Hospital for nearly 5 years now and they have always been courteous, kind, and helpful. When my dog needed a treatment that I couldnt afford, they worked with me to get her the treatment she needed without breaking the bank. They make time for you and you pet and you can tell that their patients are their number one priority.

My puppy started acting weird, when the behavior continued the next day we brought her here. Her doc was Hugh Gifford, he had a treatment plan and even gelped us financially to help her recover from parvo. Shes made a full recovery thanks to him, his wife, and the staff. So we are coming here regularly for all her shots and exams :)

These guys are literally the best . When I had to put my sweet bully down they were so loving and caring on one of the hardest days Ive had in a long while. They provide exceptional care all of the time and are so responsive. Cant say enough good things about them!

Very expensive. They gave my dog shots and treatments for problems she didnt have. They also wanted to put her under general anesthesia for a procedure which I later learned could be done under local anesthesia. Shop around. Get a second opinion.
