We are still fairly new to the area, so I had made several calls around to pediatric offices. We currently do not have medical insurance so I was asking what out of pocket costs would be for a Well Visit. I was told it would be $90. With this office being one of the cheapest plus having good reviews and close to home I made the appt for my daughter. Well, we just got home from the appt. Dr. Lanre Ijaola was great! I really liked him. He was kind, good bedside manner, and has a fun personality! After the appt was finished, I went to the front desk to check out and pay the $90 I was told it would be. She then told be a balance of $124. I said confused, "nooooo, I was told it would be $90 for a Well Visit" and she just said no it would be $124 because they never know the total until after the appt is finished. She didnt even offer to go check with him or anybody else. I paid the $124 because there were other people in the waiting room and I didnt want to make a big scene. I made it clear that I was upset, and said that the staff that answers the phone shouldnt give out amounts if they are not accurate. To me, that is VERY poor customer service. Whether the phone info of $90 given to me was inaccurate or not, it still should have been honored. Period. So although I liked the doctor, I intend to make a follow up call to the office manager tomorrow and unfortunately this makes for a less than great review.

I have been taking my children to see Dr. Lanre for 4+ years. We love him! He loves our kids, always answers our questions and never rushes out the door. Dr. Lanre is very thorough, kind and definitely cares for my children and their health. My kids love to go see their doctor! My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Hope for 3 years and we couldnt be happier! She is so compassionate and is also very thorough. She takes her time while in the room with her patients and is happy to answer any questions you might have. We love Mercy Grace Private Practice for our whole family! We also enjoy the medical assistants, Joy, Alexis and Veronica. Great girls! :)

I was very pleased with my 1st visit with Dr Ijola. She was highly recommended and I now see why. She is EXTREMELY thorough with her exam & asking you questions. Before I made my appt my friend that recommended her told me how she takes notes the entire time shes talking with you and follows up with you to the tiniest detail. I feel very confident that she will get down to the reason that I came to see her in the 1st place. I feel very confident in her ability to treat me. Im very pleased overall with Dr Ijola and her entire staff.

Love Dr. Lanre! He is always so good with the kids and interacts with them even when they arent in the best of moods being at the doctor. One of them is really shy but he always opens up to him before we leave. Its also nice having one pediatrician who knows their history rather than seeing several different people. Great experience every time weve gone. The staff is also really good with the boys and remembered us from our previous visits even though it had been a while. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

My son is super shy, but Dr. Lanre ALWAYS gets him to give him knuckles or a high five. I take all of my kiddos to him. Hes sensitive in telling us things that we need to know. (he needs to eat more, but he doesnt say it in a way that would ever hurt our feelings.) The nurses and all of the staff are always super nice and good with my kids. Even when they are stubborn! Im grateful to have found them when we moved here.

Excellent patient care environment. The staff MGPP were very friendly, there was very short waiting time. Even though l was only there to establish care Dr Ijaola spent extra time going over my previous lab results l had with me from another provider!

Always a pleasure! Dr. Lanre and his staff are always friendly! Dr. Lanre gives my kids the time and attention needed during each visit. Any questions I have are always answered. Dr. Lanre gives great advice and suggestions.

Dr Hope and Dr Lanre are the best my kiddos and I have been going there now 4 1/2 years. My children refuse to see anyone else. Excellent bedside manner, friendly and positive attitude always. I have 0 - ZERO complaints.
