As a first time costumer, Kaibab is my new "go to" Vet for any issues pet related. I was concerned my cat was having urinary complications, so I brought him to get checked out. I wasnt even waiting more than 2-minutes before taking my cat into a room to get looked at. The entire staff seemed very knowledgeable and caring. Dr Brown was great at explaining common problems relating to our issue, as well as offering a lot of valuable information regarding preventative care and red flags to look out for. They provided a quote for tests, x-rays, etc before performing any work - and the prices were very fair. Dr. Brown also offered great suggestions to get me the help I needed, without paying for anything I didnt. He even phoned the pharmacy himself before I left, so I would be able to pick up my cats medication before the store closed that night. I went back in a couple days later to follow up, even though I probably didnt need to. I was in and out in about 10-minutes and wasnt charged. When it comes to my pets health, I tend to fear the worst, but I left Kaibab feeling confident I came to the right place.

So first off they said they had free exams that included all these things they said they were going to do for my sick cat who clearly needed help asap then when we get there all they did was check his vitals which concluded the "free exam" didnt tell me what could have been wrong just throws a big estimate in our face, on top of that the doctor was the rudest woman I have ever met pretty well told me it was my fault my cat was sick even know we said over the phone that we believe he could have been poisoned by a nabor. Looked at my poor sick kitty with discust barely even touched him then opened his eyes which was shut with gunk and then felt all the possible infection of gunk to go farther into his eye didnt even clean it up for him, my cat was so scared of her that even know he couldnt see he made his way up my shoulder to get away from her. Well thanks to them my cat has now passed on after suffering in pain for days. My suggestion to anyone who tried to bring your fur babies here is dont its a waste of your time and money

If you are looking for compassionate, quality pet care look no further. We take all three of our dogs to Dr Wright (even though its a 30-45 minute drive-depends on traffic) and will continue to do so. We utilize the vet care plan that Dr Wright offers. Its so nice to make a monthly payment that covers all the necessary shots, a teeth cleaning as well as a free office visit and 10 percent off of everything. Its not insurance but it makes the process much easier. Also, Dr Wright is a wonderful, warm and friendly person. You can see he truly cares about his patients. He recently went waaaay over and above to save our little Malteses life. Its a long story so I wont go into detail, but suffice to say ....I am so thankful for him and his Tech Alisha and the rest of the Kaibab techs and staff. Lol!! In case you cant tell, we love the wonderful group of people who make Kaibab as great as it is

I was very lucky to have Kaibab Animal Hospital recommended to me while my best friend (Sir Nigel) was ill. Sir Nigel was carefully examined by the wonderful veterinarians at Kaibab and soon after I had to immediately make a very hard decision. With all the help from the employees affiliated with Kaibab, I was able to know about all my options. Once I made a decision, my choices were valued. Letting Sir Nigel go, after the 17 years I was so lucky to have with him, was a decision I feared greatly. Kaibab made sure I was comforted by calling me days after I let him go and expressed their condolences. Kaibab really out did themselves later on by sending me a beautiful poem which included Sir Nigels paw print. I plan on using Kaibab Animal Hospital for keeping my other dear friends healthy and happy. I recommend them for anyone who has animals in their lives.

First I brought Sadie then Samson and now Jackson to Drs. Eads, Brigdon, Wright, and Matchett. Consistently my dogs have received thorough compassionate care from all the doctors and everyone on staff. I have watched Sadie, Samson, and Jackson navigate the path from routine checkups to euthanasia never doubting that they were getting the best care available. I particularly appreciate the time taken by everyone to clearly and honestly explain the details of both a problem and possible solutions. Epithelial tropic lymphoma took some time to understand, pronounce, and spell. No one could have handled my dog or me better than Dr. Matchett did during Samsons death by cancer. It was after this particular event that I lobbied for Kaibab Animal Clinic to be my primary care destination. So far-----no go:)

I had taken my 13-year-old cat to one of those chain places and they wanted to run a bunch of very expensive tests that they said wouldnt say much about was wrong. I called Kaibab and the girl quoted a better price. When I got there, I felt instantly comfortable with Dr. Wright and he knew exactly which test to run to get a good diagnosis (about $400 cheaper). Dr. Wright was very kind and patient as he explained my options with her diagnosis. Although it was not happy news, I am grateful we as we journey through these final days (hopefully months). I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Thank you Dr. Wright and everyone at Kaibab Animal Hospital. I am truly a fan!

We would like to thank the entire staff at Kaibab Animal Hospital today 8/26/16. This was a first visit with our spoiled cat, Trixxie at your clinic.WOW, you all are an outstanding example of what a veterinarian clinic should be! My wife raved about the friendly, compassionate, truly professional service, and level of care she experienced. Having a sick pet is bad enough and not to mention stressful! DVM, Darren Wright you and your staff are incredible and you have gained new clients for your business for the team effort in providing an outstanding 1st visit. The whole family thanks you all! This am we quickly decided it was time to put our loved one Roy down. Our veterinarian was not available. My neighbor recommended this clinic. They were AWESOME. Weve been accustomed over the last 15 years having our veterinarian come to our home. Kaibab is the next best choice. The staff were all gentle, kind, compassionate, and loving. THANK YOU I just read the review from from Dr. Alex Casuccio. As a first time client and under the most horrific time with your pet, I would concur 100% with Dr. Alex Casuccios review. I remember looking into Dr. Wrights eyes and feeling/seeing he understood our pain.

For all of the years I have been taking my animals to Kaibab animal hospital, I never cease to be amazed at the kindness and caring staff. Always going out of their way to put my pet at ease. No matter which Vet we see, we are never rushed, all questions are answered, and my puppy ( presently) gets a thorough exam. No treatments are,"pushed"... never ever. When you have a pet that is so much a part of your family, you really want to be able to trust they will be treated by doctors who know what they are doing. Anyone would be pleased with the care. My thanks always to the staff at Kaibab. PLD
