We offer tours daily from 8 am to 5 pm. Our tours are generally conducted by our Director of Nursing or Director of Respiratory in the event they are unavailable our admission staff will be please to provide the tour. It is not uncommon for families to have to wait as our staff maybe providing assistance to a patient or another family touring. I encourage families’ tour facilities and make a judgment for themselves. While most of our rooms are semi-private the floor plan are unique and provide separation from roommate. All rooms have a floor to ceiling window which we often receive compliments for. Our building also is categorized as a nursing home which is incorrect we offer two levels of care in our facility Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) and High Level Skilled Nursing (SNF). Our two levels of care offer continuity of care by allowing patients that our admitted to our LTACH to keep their physicians and therapy staff if the need to discharge to our SNF. In addition patients in our SNF can be moved to our LTACH if they have a change in condition. We are the only facility in the Phoenix area that offers two levels of care.

I cannot rate this place low enough. I came in with injuries I sustained on a motorcycle accident. I had a broken pelvis and injuries to my hips, among other things. They left me on a bed pan for over 30 minutes while I was trying to call a nurse. During my short stay there, my father took care of me instead of their staff because they did not know what they were doing in regards to dressing wounds. I was there for about a week and was close to getting bed sores because they never helped move me. This place is terrible. Please take your loved ones somewhere else!

I had a feeling when they left me standing in the waiting room for 15 minutes for a tour, something was wrong. I had been doing research for my fathers placement and Trillilum was on the list. It is ugly, cold, pt room - tiny.
