Dr. Rich is fantastic!!! I saw him following a high risk bilirubin result for my newborn and he took the time to sit with my husband and I and explain all of the options we had. But more than that, he took the time to get to know my husband and I and our family and seemed genuinely interested in us. It was definitely not a 15-minute visit after waiting an hour! At the end of the visit, I switched my other children from our old pediatrician to Dr. Rich. I highly recommend him and Wellsprings Pediatrics.

Dr Rich is a AMAZING dr. He takes time to discuss the illness in terms we understand. He has toys markers ect in patients room to keep kids busy. I have never had to wait more than 10 mins for my appointment. I totally recommend Dr Rich.

Nice Doctor but the follow through was not what I had hoped for. I was sent to the hospital for X-rays for my child and never received any response back regarding a diagnosis. I did however receive all the bills from everyone involved.
