The medical care here is the equivalent to taking your child to a county hospital. I cant afford high end, Mayo Clinic level, care for my puppy, but I know I can do better than this place. They are under staffed. They give conflicting information and give VERY bad customer service. My puppy had an umbilical hernia. The sutures were HORRIBLE! A child could have done better. They sutures are normally in for 10-14 days. I could see the healing process had progressed faster than normal. I called to get them taken out on day 7 and the receptionist refused to let the doctor see my puppy!!!!. I took him to another Vet (All Star Animal Hospital - Mayo Clinic level Care...Bell and 303). The doctor started to tell me the 10-14 I already knew...but he was much nicer than the other place. I showed him the sutures and he immediately removed them. Crossroads Towne Center is never going to see another one of my animals!!!

Very thorough, professional, and efficient. My dog became sick very quickly and they were able to get me right in. He was diagnosed and treated and in under a half hour we were on our way home. Everyone was obviously busy, but they were all courteous and professional. Prices were very reasonable. I greatly appreciated the doctor discussing treatment options with me rather than simply telling me what he was going to do and expecting me to cover the bill with no questions. He gave me a plan of what he thought would work best and set it up to save me the most money. My dog has almost made a full recovery in the last day and I thank everyone at Crossroads for helping.

A few years ago when I worked in home health, I took a patients dog to get her nails clipped. I was worried about the stigma attached to her breed (she was half pitbull), but Dr. Leiber took care of her like she was a calm little kitten. I was so impressed that I took my own dog to him for her general care and grooming. The nail clipping was the cheapest anywhere else, Sheeba LOVED him, and he kept me at ease when I brought her in with a health concern about shedding, which could mean all sorts of things. We had to leave Arizona to move to Chicago, otherwise my Sheeba would still be in his care today.

Within 90 minutes of my frantic call -- on a Saturday -- I had an appointment and was in the vets office. I was visiting from Los Angeles and had found blood in the footsteps of my 16-year-old retriever/chow. The doctor was prompt, gentle, kind, smart and reassuring. It turned out the pads of my dogs paws were dry and cracked -- he recommended Vaseline for them. He concurred with my home vets overall treatment plan and I was grateful for the 2nd opinion.

Have recently taken both my 15-pound dog and my 100-pound dog for care and been satisfied both times. The assistant was very helpful when the small one developed complications from getting stung by something and we were trying to decide if and when to bring him in; we talked every day and she gave me a fair amount of time on the phone. Costs seem to be reasonable and incurred only when necessary.

Although the Doctor himself is EXCELLENT and very caring.. the office staff leaves A LOT to be desired.. rude, non friendly, ALWAYS seems put out every time we go there. It really is a shame because we really like the Doctor on staff there. They really need to get new help. Several friends and co workers that I know who take their pets there say the exact same thing. GET NEW HELP!!!!

Ive been to many veterinarians in my years, and Dr. Leber is one of the best. Prices are fair and his attention, care, and love for my Heidi was wonderful. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a doc for their little 4-footed buddies. Gerry Buckner

Doctor has seen my furchild since he was 11 weeks old and he is now 10 years old. Always provides the best service and care and never suggests spending more than we need to.

Took good care of my pup and charges reasonable prices even for things like minor surgeries. You can tell they are not trying to over charge or rip you off.
