VCA El Mirage Hospital is the BEST and I would highly recommend them. We had an incident which included my toddler, a door and the tip of my cats tail. I called around our area to see who can help us and found this facility! Weve already seen another vet and was to charge us over almost $1000 for them to partially amputate my cats tail. Dont get me wrong, I wouldve gladly paid that price but it would be much nicer to pay less. VCA El Mirage Hospital saw our cat and was relieved to learn about the price theyre going to charge us. My cat had her surgery and they even called us before and after they did it, making sure we know whats going on with everything and how our cat was. My husband picked Luna(Cat) up after the surgery and paid, only to learn we even paid less from what they quoted us. My cat is healing good as of today. A shoutout to all the VCA El Mirage Hospital staff, to the technicians, assistants, nurses, to Brenda who helped us get in as soon as possible, to Dr. Owen and Dr. Waltman for taking good care of our Luna. Thank you soo much!!!

I cant say that Ive ever laughed so much during a visit to the vet before! Its a long drive for us, but the wonderful, humorous yet professional staff keep us coming back! Not to mention that they are WAY cheaper than any of the vets near our house. There are always follow up calls to see how our kitties are doing, and our little brood genuinely enjoys their visits with these great people. Weve seen just about every doctor, and they are all excellent with their care and with allaying any concerns we as owners might have. They never push you to get "vanity" services, and they try to find ways to save you money when your pet does need illness care and medications, etc. Highly recommended!

This is the first time one of my cats has ever had a serious medical emergency and the people here at the VCA were with me every step of the way. They noticed how much pain my cat was in and got me seen right away even though they were so busy. I never usually write reviews, but Dr. Waltman, Harold, and the super kind ladies in the front were so amazing with my cat and myself. They all kept me calm throughout my fearful moments. Dr. Waltman has made sure to check in with me and has kept constant contact. He gives very honest and accurate information. A big thank you goes out to these amazing people!

What a wonderful place to take our loving additions to our familys,our pets! The Veterinarians and their Assistants... The whole staff cares about the needs of your pet. Truly. Its nice and tidy, and they seem to be able to answer every concern swiftly. I trust their knowledge in dogs n cats. When other hospitals or clinics misdiagnosed...They did Not.

Awesome staff, and veterinarians. They are all very professional and caring. They always call to see how our dogs are doing, and follow up after treatments and check ups. Dr Waltman is the best, and his staff is always friendly and attentive. We have been taking our dogs here for last 10 years or so, and couldnt be happier with the care they are given.

Vca animal hospital is amazing not only do they care about are pets they listen to my concerns and past medical history of my zuse and were very genital with him as he has bad hips and knees and let us be involved every step of the way as my big guy gets to know them. Zuse eas treated as if he was theres. Thank you vac for caring for and about my dog.

Place terrible dog didnt like place plus they didnt do further or right testing on my dog veterinarian never called me only text me like out of respect and if he cared about my sick dog I went to another vets place who did all they could and finally found out he had cancer and the veterinarian called me every day to check on my dog dog

very unsanitary and rude to their employees. they dont know what they are talking about and its super dingy and small. they arent trained either. they mock people and make fun of people for being nice. wish i could give negative stars they suck. vets are nice thats about it

I had to have my dog euthanized and the staff was very comforting. The care they showed Buster was exceptional. I will have happy thoughts about the end of Busters life because of the exceptional care they provided.
