I was referred to Dr. Klause by my dogs regular vet because of the dogs need for surgery to correct a ruptured disc which had resulted in the loss of use of his rear legs. Dr. Klause performed the surgery and my dog substantially recovered, but the duration of the recovery period was much longer than the doctor expected. My dog and I visited Dr. Klause numerous times for follow-up care as the result of which I gained the highest possible respect and admiration for the doctors competence, professionalism and caring responsiveness. I cannot thank him enough. I have frequently boarded the dog at the Animal Hospital, both during and after his recovery, and found the entire staff to be invariably competent and courteous. I strongly recommend Arcadia Animal Hospital.

I credit Arcadia Animal Hospital with saving my dogs life. Dr Klause performed surgery on him when he was a year old. The diagnosis and surgery prevented my dog from crippling arthritis and Benji is now 10 years old and doing fine. Dr Fees diagnosed him with Cushings and he is now on medicine which will extend his life and the quality of his life. Dr. Theis, although Benji was not directly her patient, was first to suspect that there was a problem and she was instrumental in the Cushings diagnosis. Linda, in the front office has been a friend and provided great support to Benji and all the animals that I have had treated at the hospital since I moved to the area in 1987. I wouldnt think of taking my animals anywhere else.

The doctors and staff at Arcadia hospital are wonderful! We happened upon them by accident. I had found an injured kitten and brought him in already in the frame of mind that I was going to adopt him. He had two broken legs and needed immediate surgery. The staff reacted very kindly and were extremely helpful and sympathetic. My new kitten, Oliver, received his surgery and recovered wonderfully. He is our little robotic kitty as they had to insert metal rods in order for him to be able to walk and use his back legs. He is around four years old now and is so active and playful that you would never know that he had surgery. We live in the San Francisco Bay area now and do miss the wonderful people at Arcadia Pet Hospital.

Angel has been coming to ASAH since I found her as a tiny kitten in the walls of a hospital I worked at 8 yrs ago. Theyve treated her from day one with the exception of a time we moved to Pismo Beach. Angel is a delicate cat these days, quiet, loving and layed back. She has received excellent care during every check up, annual shots and infections occur from her brother biting her. The staff is friendly, thorough in sharing results and information. The Veterinarians are professional, yet kind and compassionate. I give ASAH 10 Stars if I could. I truly & sincerely appreciate the attention theyve shared with Angel and myself. Thank you so much! My family has been using Arcadia Small Anial Hospital since they were first established. We have never had a bad experience and our pets have always received excellent care. The front office staff is friendly, and very well organized. They are helpful and knowledgeable about a variety of issues that the vet might not have time to explain right away. All my animals, from rabbits,to cats and dogs have always been happy to visit and recieve lots of praise, friendly interaction and the best medical care possible. The doctors stay informed of new procedures and techniques and are "on top" of new technology that will help diagnose and treat any conditions.

My pets have seen several of the Doctors at the clinic My personal favorite is Dr Cunningham. I also have on several occations boarded my pets at the clinic. The staff is professional (which to me is refreshing) The front office is always clean and comfortable. The Doctors and staff have always taken care of my dogs always given me options to care and treatment. I live in another city and can choose any clinic. I like the people at the clinic. I have Five Dogs. I would and have reffered people to this clinic. I wish the staff and Doctors many years of continued success. And I will keep visiting as long as I have Pets. R. Delgadillo

My name is Ralph Chapman and I have used the services of Dr. Fees going back as far as 1992 primarily for reptiles. VERY few Vets can work on a reptile properly, however nearly any vet you visit will say they can. Dr. Fees has proven to me over a number of years that he has the skill, dedication, and ability, to provide the best chance of survival for a sick reptile. If he doesnt know the answer to a question concerning a reptile, hell make a call to those who do. Very receptive to input from an experienced herp keeper on matters concerning care and husbandry.

I have taken my pets to Arcadia Small Animal Hospital for over 20 yeas. The front office staff, doctors and boarding staff are incredibly caring and very professional. When I travel, I never worry because of the high level of care my pets receive when boarded there. My dogs actually get excited and pull on their leashes to get inside. They are always greated in the warmest way. I always feel like Im their favorite client, even though I know they treat everyone and their pets the same way. I would highly recomend them!

Caring and well run BUT, they are VERY expensive. Always ask the cost FIRST, before committing to ANY treatment... single x-ray: $150, lab analysis: (for a urinary infection) $175. Meds that are $15 on line: $48. Always ask if there is a lower cost alternative than what they automatically want to provide. Most of the time there is an alternative that is just as good or nearly so for less money. There are lots of very good veterinarians out there. This was learned from personal experience.

Dr. Tammy Theis and Dr. Klause are wonderful with my dog and pup and of course me. They explain everything about the care or a procedure so I am comfortable with knowing what the next steps are to be taken for their care. The front desk staff, the back technicians, you feel welcome and secure knowing they are there for you and your pet. When I am there I am surrounded by people who have compassion for me and my pup. I have used Arcadia animal hospital since 2001 for my dog and cat. All staff were extremely helpful, and politely. during the stayed of both of our pets the staff were very caring and gentle with our pets. In the last our of the life of our beloved "Chocolate" they were caring and devoted staff, same with our cat "Blackie that died all the suddently. Drs. Cunnungham, Fees were outstanding. Fees, Theis, Cunningham, and Klause are the best vets and truly care about their patients and the "pet parents". Linda and all the front office staff are always very helpful and concerned. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else; this is the best veterinary hospital in the San Gabriel Valley as far as I am concerned. Thank you!
