The doctor is a scam artist it is obvious and has been from the very beginning that she has a criminal approach on business. I overheard other clients complaining about additional fees that had not been discussed, she treated hundreds of dollars of unnecessary things and then held my dog in the back room while she cried away from us is that we were trying to steal from her and she was going to hold her dog hostage. Magically our purchase disappeared after we paid for medication and one person said they would hold it for us remembering that we paid for it. When we got to our appointment for rabies and the meds we had purchased no one informed us that the doctor was certain we hadnt paid until billing time after we had received the other services. the doctor deter them from doing that and told us that we would need to pay again. Only reason we returned to the vet for the second time was because of the outrageous fee she charged to bea client and we needed to get the meds, get staples taken out of our dog, and get shots and went back for efficiencies sake not expecting to get ripped off.

I tend to shop around for vets when I move to an area. The doctors at Healing Spirit will pick up on any little thing you say about your dog, and remember what you said, and follow through. Your dog is their dog. Greatest vet staff Ive experienced.
