Dr. Hoffman treats our whole family (3 out of 4 of us need corrective lenses). While I had always been pleased with the service my husband and I have received, the practice really earned their five-star review with the way the cared for my 4-year-old daughter. We noticed an issue and brought it to the attention of a friend who is an eye doctor in another country, she encouraged us to call our eye Dr and get her seen. Dr. Hoffmans staff worked hard to squeeze us in quickly. She was nervous because she didnt know what to expect but Dr. Hoffman made the experience a fun one for her while still providing me with all the information I needed. He had her back a week later to dilate her eyes and confirm her prescription. His staff has worked with us weekly to get her glasses fitting just right and they always treat her like a queen. Dr. Hoffman even checked the prescription of a pair I bought for her in a different location just to make sure it was exactly right. We have been so pleased with our care and he has a big fan in our 4-year-old.

In revising my review I would like to acknowledge Dr Hoffman and his office manager, Wendy, for really caring for their patients and how they are viewed as a business. I have not had a good experience at this practice and I myself will not be returning for services. Once my complaint was made, Dr Hoffman was quick to find out what happened and how they could better themselves as a team, and for that I give you a lot of credit and wish your business the best. With that being said, based on my experience, I would say you are in good hands if seen by Dr Hoffman and will be treated well if you have the pleasure of working with Wendy. To clarify, my appointment was not with Dr Hoffman, but he is very knowledgeable and will answer any question you may have to the best of his ability. Even though he was not my Dr, we had multiple conversations that I can base my experience on. Wendy has a knack for good customer service and will treat you very well.

I was told by the receptionist that she did not have time to contact my insurance to verify coverage. My son has been their patient for 4 years and that simply is unacceptable.I have new insurance and they are listed as a provider and yet that wasnt enough information.
