this is my first time ever leaving a review for any kind of business , I wish it was for a good one. After my small dog broke one of her nails , I immediately went online in search of a good animal hospital. This hospital had 4.5 stars with a number of good reviews so I had high hopes for this hospital. I thought my dog was going to be in good hands &well taken care of. It was ANYTHING but a good experience. As a" walk in ," I knew I was going to have to wait for a bit which I can totally understand. However, as I waited for my dog to be taken care of I overheard several disagreements between dog owners & the dr. ( the dr was Asian or Chinese so I could tell by his mumbling and stuttering that he couldnt really understand the dog owner and vise versa ) honestly none of my business but I wish I would have used that as a driving force to leave that hospital. I was desperate to have my dog checked constantly telling myself that they had to be good judging by their google reviews , so I stayed. Before my dog was finally called in to see the dr. they weighed her. Then we were called in to a small room with the dr. My little dog had a broken hanging nail that was clearly hanging off by some kind of tissue , nerve , or vein making it hard for her to stand/ walk on her paw. AFTER JUST WEIGHING HER The dr still tried to have me put her down into this small basket sitting on top of a scale ( a basket that was obviously to small for her ) I asked if she could be weighed on a bigger basket or scale that was sitting right outside of the room(where she had already been weighed ) he didnt understand me so I figured I would do my best to comfort my dog while trying to fit her in this small basket, so that he could finally take care of my dog! The Dr. then took one look at my dogs nail and then yanked it right off. it was clearly still on there pretty good because when he yanked it sounded as if you stepped on a plastic pen cap. just snapped. he then went in to trim her nails...... he cut way to short. my dog was bleeding from multiple nails REALLY F**** bad. I was carrying her hadblood dripping onto my pants , the floor and the table .I immediately told him " SHES BLEEDING ! ALOT !" the only thing he did for her was grab a paper towel , handed it to me and told me to use that. I told him that I knew they had to have the bleedstop medicine , I asked a numerous amount of times for him to use that medicine on her nails. it was as if he couldnt hear a damn thing I was saying. I grew more and more aggravated the longer my dog bledunattended. it wasnt until one of the vet assistants happened to come in the room , saw what was going on then said " whats going on in here !" she RIGHT AWAY reached for the bleedstop medicine locatedina cabinet IN THE SAME ROOM I was begging this dr inside of. she was quick to comfort my dog , talked2herusing her name so she had my dogs attention. I wanted to cry of i relief that this ASSISTANT took action and at the same time cry of anger that this BS dr. didnt know what the hell he was doing. he then took my dogs temperature , he told me she had a fever and then wrote that down on his report paper. she was then given two shots one for her nail and the other was an antibiotic for her fever. he then told me my total while re-reading the report. He re-read HIS OWN NOTES about her fever and then said " OH! SHE HAS A FEVER !!" after just giving her a shot for her fever ! idk what the hell it was about this place or just thedr in general. he was pretty old and had hearing aids. he shouldnt be working if he cant do the job accurately. the only reason why I gave this place a star at all was because of that vet asst. jumping into action to take care of my dog. I WILL NOT be coming back.

My sisters dog does not leave the front yard. She(the dog) dissappeard one evening and was brought back by the police. Her right forepaw had two large, wide ugly scrapes or gouges that showed the muscle underneath. She would not put weight on it. I took her to this vet, on a Sunday. The place is small, disorganized (a bottle of pills on the floor at the front desk) and"grimy" as someone else put it. The doctor was very abrupt, doing things suddenly with little to no warning...like sticking a dirty thermometer into the dogs rectum. I ignored and made excuses for his behavior. I did not question him. He said he would suture her. He said she would have to spend the night because they had to watch her to make sure she came out of the anesthesia (stupid me, didnt even realize that on Sundays they close early, so they wouldnt even be around to watch her. Also, a vet I later took her to just gave her another shot to bring her out of it). I picked her up Monday morning. Friday my sister and I took her back to have the stitches removed. An assistant of his removes the bandage...out in the waiting room with all the other dogs. I realized x-rays had never been brought up. I ask Dr. Lee about x-rays. He turns to my SISTER and says "You refused x-rays." I told him she was not there. He says to me "You refused x-rays." At that point we say "Were going someplace else." I looked up another vet. much better experience so far. New vet removed the stitches to find that the wound had not healed at all. ~~~ To be fair, this place has been in business for a while so obviously he can get the job done sometimes. I know money is sometimes a limit on the care you can get for your pet, but I think you can do better than this place.

This animal hospital and staff are amazing, looking at the reviews I wasnt impressed but I decided to just take her in for an exam because it was close and low cost. After meeting with the doctor we found out my shih tzu needed s urgery I was in panic and very nervous but in talking to the doctor and seeing how wonderful she was I didnt want to take her anywhere else although they didnt take care credit (that will be changing) I trusted this hospital and the staff mind you those bad reviews are very old and its now a different dr. You cant go wrong with her she called on a daily basis to check on my Bella gave me great information and is very caring you will not go wrong by going here. I owe her everything for making my baby all better. The staff are the sweetest girls as well.

The staff and vet are extremely friendly and helpful! I brought in my cat for a huge dog bite on her neck and was very nervous about what they were going to tell me and how much it would cost. The vet checked her out and was able to stitch her up right then and there! She gave me antibiotics and my cat was healed in a week! Im so thankful for their services and will continue to trust them with my pets.
