charged me $50 for a check up , ok , fine . after the check up they said they will call me with the results of the tests they had taken on my cat . they never called . after waiting 2 weeks i called regarding the test results & they claimed that they told me the results were negative & nothing is wrong with my cat the same day i brought her in . ha ! no . or else i wouldnt have waited the 2 weeks , and had them do further tests on my cat to find out whats wrong with her . the help desk lady , the one who answers the calls , is very unprofessional and rude . she really started an argument with me about this matter and really hung up on me without fixing the issue or answering my questions . dont waste your time at a bootleg veterinary clinic , go spend your money at a place where the staff is happy to resolve customer problems . i really feel they just stole $50 from me bc i did not get what i went there for . now i have to go some place else where they will actually do what im paying them for .

My dog went in having bronchitis, doctor gave him medicine saying hed get better with in weeks. My dog was getting worse, he wouldnt eat, sleep, play, or walk. He wasnt the same anymore. We took my dog to see this doctor multiple times. A week after he has neumonia, my dog could barely breath. Doctor gave him multiple shots, and medicines, he even showed us X-rays and guaranteed my god would be healthy. My poor little dog died. I was promised that my dog would return to being the happy dog he was before, my family and I wouldnt hesitate to pay the medical bills, we didnt care the amount we spent as long as he would get better. My dog died in my own arms. My childhood, my best friend, my little one. For those who need a vet and read this, know this clinic is the worst, its all business. They dont care for your pets, they only do this for money. If you love your pet, dont make the mistake of bringing it to this clinic. Screw this "animal clinic".

if you love your dog or cat as much as i do, DONT ever take them to this place! The doctor is very unprofessional and rude to the bone. He gave my dog medication she did not need and almost killed her! he is absolutely uncaring, and does not care for animals. All he wants is your money! and definitely will take it. I hate this place and will never go back.

This place has taken care of my animals for the past 30 years, 5 dogs and 2 cats and even a pair of rabbits that someone dumped at the park. I have always received the best of care from the Dr and his staff. They are very accommodating to your needs. I have recommended this place to neighbors and friends, and all have received the best of care.

TERRIBLE! This clown "fixed" my dogg last week. Had to take him back yesterday bcuz he had no stiches w an open cut. My mom picked him up for me while i was at work. Seen him today, limping n cut STILL open & he wants me to take him for a 3rd restich. After i asked for a cone after the 2nd stitch up. This doc a CLOWN!

Dr. was caring and very knowledgeable when I took my dog there. He seemed really interested in what was ailing my dog. He didnt try and rip me off and the fees seemed really affordable. My dog is doing great.

Fantastic doctor. Dr. Oh and Shirley are wonderful people and do a great job. They have helped and treated all our pets with kindness and provided wonderful care. Highly recommend!
