This is the worst unprofessional animal hospital ever. I first arrive with my cousin bringing in my dog and the front desk clerk could not find my file. Then I had to wait more than half an hour after my appointment to see the vet. He had finished with the previous dog and left the door open so I was able to see that he did not wipe down the table or his work area after dealing with another dog and especially since he was using the same room. Since my file was not found he was trying to charge me for extra on the bill. I had told him that we were members and he told me I wasnt and that we havent been members for 5 years. I clearly explained to him I was a member, that I was not going to pay more. He excused himself and came back with the file that the previous employees could not find and did not apologize. He prescribed antibiotics for my dog and left to the back. I finally got wrung up for the products and realized at home that the antibiotics he had given me where open. I had my boyfriend return the products to get new ones the next day since I had to work. The vet had told my boyfriend that he had told me he was going to mix the solutions together, since the mixture was powder and he told him the reason why the cream product was open was because he applied some on my dog. This was not true because he did not do anything but look at my dog. Basically this vet is disgusting and has lied to justify his actions. I dont know if you can call this a hospital and have unsanitary conditions. I would definitely consider someone else before coming here because you dont know if your pets will make it out ALIVE with their work ethics.

These new owners are just a money mill. Dr. Parks understood what were house pets and working animals. I have many hunting dogs. These are not house dogs. They pound thru the brush in the water and on land. They may from time to time scratch there corneas on foliage. This is a common thing with hunting dogs and Dr. Parks understood that very well. I could get eye drops and anything I needed at any time from him to keep my dogs without pain and in good health. This new owner is only about the money. He and is staff would not even sell me eye drops for my dog without a $100 consultation with the new owner. This is bad business. To disregard the previous customers relationship with the vet and make a new cost relationship is a gigantic mistake. I will never pay $140 for eye drops from a huckster when I can get them for $27 online. I have files that are more than 30 years old at Animal Hospital of Riverside and they might as well throw them away. They do me no good as a service or a vet. Service is a lot more than they provide.

I have gone here for 3 years and have been treated wonderfully! I have two dogs and my boxer is allergic to so many things, including the rabies vaccine. Doctor Park and staff have always been so wonderful with taking care of my boxers problems and being very attentive to her when she almost died from the rabies vaccine. They were wonderful and continue to be wonderful. With my other dog, she is a Catahoula mix and has high anxiety when it comes to grooming her or having the doctor giver her exams or shots and the staff and Doctor Park have always been sooo wonderful in helping her and doing what needs to be done. Doctor Park always helps and is not just quick to give out medication. He has a great care and love for animals.

Dr. Park and his staff are amazing!!! We have been bringing our animals there for 27 years and have always had beyond great care. Dr. Park is professional, trustworthy, and everything he has diagnosed and treated our dogs for he has been right on. He has a way with dogs, even the most scared and high strung dogs immediately calm for him. I would highly recommend Dr. Park.

We have been bringing our pets to Dr. Park since we moved back to Riverside in 1996. His staff has always been friendly and considerate and Dr. Park has always explained everything and answered all our questions. Now that we and our pets are older and we have had to make end of life decisions about our cats and dogs I have even more respect for Dr. Park and his staff.

I love Dr. Park and his staff. I couldnt take my cat anywhere else without using long sleeved gloves, but the minute Dr. Park walks into the room, she just rolls over and lets him do his job. Our dogs get the same awesome treatment. His staff is wonderful and knows me on a first name basis. Ive never had a bad experience with them and doubt I ever will!

I brought my dog in as an emergency after he was attacked by my other dog. The staff here was awesome dealing with me in such a panicked state.... Everything here is clean and seems well organized. Other people that were sitting in there were all talking to me about how much they love it and that my boy was in great hands. We found our new vet.
