When I went in for my examination, I had a pleasant experience for sure. However, I was supposed to collect my new pair of glasses today and yesterday I received a call saying that my glasses werent ready yet, and that they had no idea when it will be! That in my opinion is the most terrible information to share with a customer. To add to that, after that call got disconnected, they didnt even bother to call back. Just great! As soon as am done collecting my glasses, I will be switching to another eye care provider. Update - Adding two stars ( to the one I added last week) for their prompt action to address the issue that I had written about. I appreciate it and I look forward to pleasant experiences going forward!

Same experience as the previous reviewer. My son was supposed to get his glasses 3 weeks back. On June 20th ( the day I was supposed to pick his glasses) they called and said the glasses were not ready. Have not received any news yet about his glasses. Especially since his original glasses broke a month ago and he needed the new ones. This has caused significant inconvenience and loss of productivity. Despite this bad experience, I still appreciate the great service we receive from Dr.Leong. He is very good. Update - 7/8 - They took my review seriously and I am willing to give them a chance & hope to have better experiences in future. Thanks for the followup.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tsujimoto for30 years. He has treated my Daughter and Granddaughter as well as many children I know with learning disabilities and extreme eye problems. Dr. Tsujimoto is the best there is anywhere! He is also the kindest and most caring man there is. His mail goal in life is to make you feel better about yourself no matter how bad your eye problem or disability is. His staff are always kind and considerate . I would never go anywhere else. Fremont Optometric Group is like a family member taking care of you!! From the moment I arrive until I leave the doctor and staff members are ROCKSTARS!!! Five-star service no matter what my visit entails. Annual exam, picking out frames or just need of a little work on my glasses, I can say the service you receive from all of the staff exceeds all expectations. If you are looking for a optometrist you should definitely give Fremont Optometric a call. They are the best in my eyes!

My son picked out some glasses that he loved - the brand his ped ophthalmologist highly recommended. We paid $400+ for them and, at pickup, trying them on, the optician tells my son "yeah, youre back to looking like a baby now." I was heartbroken and offended. We had chosen and paid for the glasses already. That was neither the appropriate time to comment on them nor an appropriate comment to make to a kindergartener.

I was seen by Dr. Sukihara. In my opinion, she went beyond her call of duty to find the right lens for me, ordered a sample len to try out until we both were satisfied. I was way late one day for the appointment but she did not make it a big issue. The optical staff did not take my order correctly and that kind of delayed the delivery of pair of glasses that I ordered and hence the 4 stars.

I switched to Fremont Optometric last year because my current eye doc didnt really seem to care what I needed and wanted. The staff at Fremont Optometric is awesome! They are friendly and caring. My eye doc (Dr. Leong) made sure I was happy with what I was getting and how I live my life with contact lenses. I highly recommend these guys

A very pleasant experience.The staff and Dr. Chew were all very friendly and courteous. Choosing glasses has always been a dreaded chore. Not this time!! Plenty of styles to choose from. The technician was very knowledgeable on the insurance coverage and was able to quickly guide me to the lens for my needs.

Dr. Sakihara was very thorough and clear in her analysis of my and my wifes eyes after examination. The clinic staff was also very thoughtful in their dealings with us. This clinic is highly recommended to anyone requiring vision related issues.
