we have been loyal customers here for years, and we just purchased 4 fancy guppies that were infested with parasites. the man who answered the phone was rude, & said it was perhaps OUR FAULT. he took no responsibility, & did not offer any replacement or restitituion. 2 of these fish died within the first week, & the remaining 2 have worms inside. we had a brand new tank, new gravel, new everything. for him to say it is our fault is rediculous. I like this store & never had any problems here until now. this is awful. I thought these people were nice folks who care about their customers.

Its always fun to go into Pet Country and just walk around. They have a big variety of new smaller pets to take home, they even help to adopt rescued kittens. But my favorite thing is to go say hi to their parrot. You can tell she is an older girl, but I always smile when she says "bok bok, chicken" and I love you". Ive even seen a group of teenage boys in there talking to her and having fun.

They are so full of information and have a clean and well kept place. All the fish and reptile tanks are super clean and well taken care of. I love them!

Took my sons to buy a simple batta. They were super nice and have tons of fish, birds, snakes, and other animals. Its a great store. My boys loved it.
