This office is amazing. They have shown such concern and compassion for my pets and it is very clear they genuinely love animals. My biggest gripe with other offices is that it feels like a conveyor belt system. In and out as quickly as possible but with Kuebler No Frills I have never felt that. They take the time to address my concerns and answer all my questions thoroughly. They are the best and I will never go anywhere else again! I recommend all my friends and family to use them and know that many have switched to them and are as happy with them as I am. Keep up the good work Dr. Fulton and Susan and thank you so much for being you!!! Betty

What can you say about people who want to help our pets get well and have a caring heart for pet parents. They work on a shoestring cost program and still provide caring service to us. If they do not have the costly equipment needed to help your pet they refer you on to someone who does. Dr. Fulton and her" staff person" are friendly down to earth and concerned I can always count on them to give me the advice I need and follow up. Wise to remember they manage the cost levels and therefore are not open 24-7 so plan ahead.

We have been taking our cats (3) to Dr. Marsha and Susan for years! We could not be happier with the TLC they extend to our entire family. I have been in their clinic sobbing in fear for my cats, as well as shared moments of laughter over stories of all of our pets. The clinic is warm, friendly, ample parking, great hours. Prices are rock bottom for the industry and still we get beyond expectation customer service. The value the ol day term of American customer service. Bless them all!

Thanks Dr. Fulton and Susan for giving me great care with my itchiness,. My Mommy said I need to get blood work done to see what I am allergic too. Very horrible service. They have no respect for their customers. Treated me like I knew nothing about my dog. They dont ask before prescribing any medications, special dog food, or before doing presiders. Never going back. And they lack in knowledge. Told me my dog was fine, got a second opinion and turns out shes very sick and needs surgery.

I called yesterday about what there website says they help people in all different financial situations but they where very rude telling me well i need to get off here I have paying customers my mom is on a fixed income and is just simply looking for help with her companion dog
