Dr. McCulloch was able to diagnose my cat with asthma after reviewing the previous vet notes and x-rays. The previous vet really didnt know what was wrong with my cat, gave us some pills which helped some, but he really got no better. He is MUCH better since seeing Dr. McCulloch and doing things he hasnt done in months. He can breath again and is having a good time. Also, Dr. McCullochs fees are much more reasonable than the other vet. I spent close to $1000 on my two cats, and the other cat got better due to my research on-line, not from what the other vet recommended. He is now 100%! I am telling all my friends to go to Cherokee Veterinary Hospital only. They are the BEST!

My cat needed dental work done. The doctor was very nice but the rest of the staff were rude. They were hurrying to get me out of there. They told me to come drop my cat off between 7:15 and 8:15, I get there at 7:50 and they are closed. Another gentleman shows up to drop his dog off and says he was told to drop her off between 7:15 and 8:15 too. The receptionist shows up and says they were trying to call me but didnt have the right number written down. I ask if I can say goodbye to my cat and I tell her goodbye and the lady jerks the carrier away from me. The doctor is good but the staff are rude. I am not doing business there again.

With our pets over the years, we have seen numerous vets in several cities and we have never found one our animals are happy at..at least until we took them to Cherokee Vet. Each of the vets I have seen have taken their time to listen and really spend time with my pet. They saved me several thousand (yes, THOUSAND) on one pet alone. The prices are beyond reasonable and the entire staff, from the front desk, the assistants and the vets, have been wonderful with tremendous customer service, always going out of their way. I am happy to drive from Manteca to Lodi for them!

My cat was so sick vomiting for two days and would not eat or drink. I called Cherokee Vet because my parents take their cat their and they got my cat in same day. My cat was given IV fluids and medicine for nausea the entire staff was caring and by the next day my cat was all better. The office said call if anything changes, and I called to tell them my cat was fine and they were happy and took my name to make the notes for my chart. Dr. Karyn McCulloch is awesome and was so very affordable!!! Thanks!!

I have been taking my dog here for almost 13 years. Couldnt ask for a better place. They have always been very fair in any charges made and are very reasonable. Recently had to make the horrible decision to put my baby down. Dr. Erickson was very honest and gave us many options but handled in such a way that helped us in making the right decision. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Diane. Even sent a beautiful sympathy card to us.

We have been taking our dogs to this clinic for 13 years and thought it was a good time to give a review. The staff and doctors are amazing. The prices are very reasonable. Today I called before hours and left a message I needed to get my dog in as soon as possible as she broke a nail. The office contacted me before the office opened and gave me an appointment. So relieved as the weekend was upon us and Polly needed help. Great place.

We enjoy the drive of a few extra miles for the great care, friendly & dedicated staff and super fair prices on all the services our 2 dogs require. With one lively puggle and an incredibly shy pom, both are treated with tlc perfect to their personalities. The dogs! even know there is nothing at all to fear at Cherokee. Amazing. I was not happy with the woman who took my phone call. She seemed annoyed and impatient with me. I was very polite and told her to take her time but her tone was extremely rude. I understand that she was probably busy at the time but her customer service was atrocious. I recommend maintaining a professional attitude or other people will be put off as well.

Called to try and get apt was cut off by Diane who showed no concern that I have a pet that needs to see a vet, or offer another alternative since their office isnt accepting new clients - they certainly would know of other vets that possibly could see my dog.

Reasonable prices, helped set up and explain CareCredit. But the most important part? The staff are gentle, caring and passionate when dealing with their patients. Went in for my rat terriers dental cleaning- She was happy, so im happy.
