For the last 6 years I have had the opportunity to work for the most amazing Pediatric Dentist. Not only do I work for Dr. Bayless but I was his patient growing up and now he is the dentist of my 3 year old daughter who absolutely idolizes him! I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Bayless for he has established a remarkable practice specializing in the care of babys, children, adolescents all the way up to college age patients. The passion he has for pediatric dentistry shows each and every day with each patient. I truly feel lucky to apart of such a successful practice!

Mark has collected around him a great staff. From the front office to the assistants they are all friendly and informative. I appreciate Marks thoroughness, rapport with my kids, and his willingness to explain what is going on to me as well. We have been seeing him now for 10 years. We moved to Bayless office after our previous dentist missed some obvious problems. While not the cheapest dentist around, he is one of the best.

The best dentist around! I would highly recommend him to anyone. I am an adult now and have seen Dr. Bayless my whole life, and unlike most people I have no fear of the dentist or getting work done on my teeth. If you are looking for a dentist for your child look no further! If I had not physically moved from the area I would still be seeing him. Thank you Dr. Bayless!

I love Dr. Bayless and his office!! They are so great with the kids and are fast and efficient. All the staff is so wonderful! I also love that its never a long wait. I went there with my two kids and left 45 minutes later. They both had cleanings, and my son had four sealants done that quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Bayless!!

Honestly the best medical practice Ive ever experienced. So good with kids, so good with parents, so amazing with emergencies! Hope you dont have to experience their amazing ability to handle emergencies.
