Administration and new management has completely failed! I am extremely disappointed that I must discontinue my treatment for my braces two-three months early. I paid outright cash from day one, in full, for the braces. It was clearly stated to me, after the extensive panoramic X-rays and evaluations that my teeth would be corrected in two (2) years. Now, over three years later, they are still not done and recently told via management that I must pay $125 a month for continued treatment. It has been a hardship going twice a month, taking off work, losing money for the entire time...honoring my appointments on time and continuing treatments despite the inconvenience of ycontinued treatment (over one year beyond stated timeframe, poking wires that have caused multiple bleeding cheeks and severe pain do to teeth movement, etc...emergency stops in between just to adjust and stop the debilitating poking wires, but I continued to do it, now, over three years for the betterment and investment of my teeth. Insurance does not cover the $125, so it would be out of pocket. I explained that I have been a good champ about the whole matter, not complaining, knowing the end was near. I explained clearly that I have amassed expenses do to the unexpected lose of a loved one, mortgage payments, medical payments for my pregnant wife and could not afford the surprising and unwarranted additional expenses mandated of me. The new female manager obviously did not care about me as a patient and was super quick to dismiss me. I have fostered a long and close relationship with the excellent Dentist and his wonderful technicians. The latest managers demeanor was cold, calculated, unhelpful and quick to discontinue me as a good patient. I sacrificed a tremendous amount of time, money and effort to see this goal accomplished successfully...enduring pain and suffering that comes with braces, too discover that she had rather discontinue me before my teeth were 100% corrected. Sadly, I will leave with embarrassing gaps between my teeth and an incompletion. As extremely disappointing as this has been, causing stress to me and family members who have learned of my plight, there are some really good points to be addressed. Dr. Lee (Dentist) is outstanding! Brenda (Dental Assistant Technician) outstanding! Liz (Secretary) works very well to assist patients with their appointments and there is always a friendly call to remind patients of their scheduled appointments. Positive shouts out to the other technicians for their diligent and caring professionalism. In light of my circumstances, with a really disappointing and terrible ending I cannot in good faith recommend this establishment. It must be from start to finish for patients and clientele to know their goals are met productively and successfully, but unfortunately the management completely failed in their cold and careless dismissal. I am sure that Imelda (lady I originally signed on with, who overseen the entire office and no longer there) would not allow me to be leaving with gaps between my teeth and an overbite. I abided by the rules, giving forth my best effort to be at each and every appointment, being told that my braces (treatment) were moving in the right direction...just a few more months...all looks good...too be told by management bye, bye. I was reluctant to write about my experience, but encouraged to do so in hopes of sharing that others will be aware and that they will not go through the same experience as me.

The dental assistant I had (forgot name) was absolutely lovely while my doctor (Chu) was completely the opposite. He spoke exactly 2 words to me the entire time (which is totally fine, Im a person of few words myself) but he did not warn me that he would be so rough with my face. He jabbed the numbing needle about 7 times into my gums in such a way that I was wincing and tears began to involuntarily fall from my eyes. While doing the upper tooth extraction, he pushed the handle of the tool he was using onto my bottom lip which remained painfully squeezed between the tool and my sharp front teeth for a bit . I have been to at least 7 different dentists in my life time in which I have had similar procedures done ( numbing using needle and extraction) and my face has never been treated with such roughness. Also, Idk how long a bone graft is supposed to take but Dr chu took less than 5 mins. Idk if thats a good thing or a bad thing so that has not been included in my assessment. I will be going back for continued treatment, will update post to reflect experience.

this dentist absoultly sucks. over a year i asked for a tooth that has caused me extreme pain to be pulled. the dentist told it was fine and refused to pull it. now i went to another dentist due to chronic pain and that dentist told me it should have been pulled immeditly. they dont listen and the nurses dont know jack. apart from long wait times and poor denistry this dentist is absolutly horrible.

Came on here to check out reviews before committing to this office with my insurance. Here everyone gave them 5 stars with a quick review but when you go to Yelp everyone has them at 1 star with terrible long stories. At the moment Im going to believe the Yelpers.
