I owe the BIGGEST THANK YOU to Dr. Jamie and his Dental Assistant Alex! I went in to Dental Express a few weeks ago after my roommates recommended I try their dental office. I was hesitant since the week before I had an uncomfortable experience at a previous dental appointment b/c of what I was wanting to have done. I have had dental issues since I was a little girl and my natural teeth were just shot and the upper molars were loose and three had fallen out this past summer. I didnt want more surgeries, appointments, root canals, bone grafting, deep cleanings, I just wanted to get dentures! (Ive wanting them since I could remember). Dr. Jamie could tell I meant it too! He was awesome explaining to me the procedure and what I was impressed about the most was that he listened! He knew I was just over trying to fix my natural teeth and he knew this was something that I struggled with my whole life just from me briefly explaining my past dental procedures and issues. Two weeks ago I went in and had all my natural teeth extracted and had dentures put in. They are absolutely beautiful! The procedure was not too painful either. I mean its a little uncomfortable, but come on, getting all your teeth yanked isnt going to be the greatest feeling at that moment, but it was definitely bearable and wasnt very long. I was actually laughing a couple of times during the procedure. lol. Alex, his assistant was just awesome at answering any questions I had. She was so helpful with my questions and just made the visit comfortable and a good experience. The Admin staff is also great! Very friendly and very personable. Ive never been to a dentist office where the entire staff was so welcoming. You can tell all the staff gets along with everyone and they have a nice working environment. It makes me want to work there. lol... I love the Choo-choo train! :) I havent been able to drink ice water in years and I can now! I havent smiled much in pictures for over a year and now I am smiling in pictures! I havent been covering my mouth with my hand when talking to people face to face in the last week. My natural gums are still healing but are healing great and Im slowly beginning to eat other soft foods besides soup and ice cream. This procedure was done only two weeks ago. I cant get over how great it feels to have straight, pretty teeth! They are perfect and it was well worth the trade to get rid of my naturals for these! Thank you Dr. Jamie for helping me reach this long time goal I have had into a reality! I am forever grateful for the amazing work you and Alex did! Thank you! thank you! THANK YOU!!!!

This place is amazing! The customer experience is incredible. Every person on this team ensured I received the care and attention to provide a world class customer experience. The entire staff was knowledgeable regarding my care and they worked together to ensure they remained true to their name " Express". I wish I would of remembered everyones name but Alex def made an impression. Her corkiness and sense of humor made the visit very relaxed and enjoyable. The doctor was super personable and made it very easy to understand my work. To top it off, they are affordable! They dont try to upswell you or sell you services that you dont need. They stay true to their recommendation and what is needed. They even sent me home with a T-Shirt and goodie bag. Ill be back within a week to complete my work. I am recommending this place to everyone

By far, Dental Express was the best dental experience Ive had ever. To start, their office is so clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. So far Ive had my teeth cleaned by their hygienist and a filling repaired by the denist Casey. Both were very knowledgeable and handled my teeth with care. They made sure I was comfortable and answered the questions I had. They did not pressure me into treatments that were not necessary and gave me advice on how to improve my dental care. They even offered me food before getting my dental work done, knowing I wouldnt eat for a couple hours! Now, thats service! I left feeling great with clean, healthy teeth, a new tooth brush, tooth paste and floss! Just how every visit should be!

This was my second visit to Dental Express. Once again I highly recommend Dr. Casey and his staff! Everyone at Dental Express made the situation as pleasant as possible. When I called I was offered several immediate appointment options and the waiting time to see the dentist was less than five minutes. Dr. Casey and his assistant took the time to listen to my concerns and instead of jumping to the most expensive and elaborate procedure they offered the least evasive and most effective solution. For the second time I am very happy to have found Dental Express. The amazing staff, the modern, clean facility and convenient location make this the best dental option by far!

I have been to Dental Express twice since they opened--once for myself and once for my kiddos (ages two-and-a-half and six). They staff was friendly and accommodating, and the office was truly lovely. It reminds me more of a Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom lounge inside; it is not remotely clinic-feeling. It was my daughters first time getting her teeth cleaned, and they were patient with her and smiley. She now LOVES going to the dentist and asked if she could get her teeth cleaned every week. Dental Express is now our family dentist, and we visit the outdoor train every time we are in Point Loma.

Dr. Casey is the BEST DENTIST ever!! I am so glad I was able to see him when I had some major dental concerns. He took the time to explain to me my problem, my OPTIONS & what could be done to fix it, how the process worked, and what to expect afterwards. He even had his office call to check on me to see how I was doing, a few days after procedure. I would recommend Dr. Casey to all my family and friends. Hes not only a great Dentist- but a CARING Dentist as well, and THAT makes ALL THE difference!

I HATE going to the Dentist. This also helps explain my " Beetle Juice" smile. Mere toothaches were not enough for me to overcome my terror; however when the abscess brought me to my knees, I found myself at Dental Express. Not only was the entire visit free from pain (except the abscess),the staff made me feel relaxed and important. They had me in and out in well under an hour and made a future appointment to remove and replace my entire NEW grill...6 out of 5 stars Thank you again, David.

just had my second appointment. with Dr. Casey and I couldnt be more pleased. definitely the best dental experience Ive ever had. both visits were more than i could have hoped for. very friendly, courteous and efficient staff. almost no wait time on either visit even though it appears to be a very busy practice. Dr. Casey is very kind, helpful and professional. i would recommend him and Dental Express without hesitation. thank you again Dr. Casey and the entire Dental Express staff.

I was very nervous going into the Dental Express. But every person in the office was kind and made me feel comfortable to be in a dentist office. The front desk ladies were friendly and explained everything clearly. Ruben was witty and assured me that I could relax and that everything would be okay. Doctor Ferguson was also kind and was sure to check in with me during my cleaning. It reminded me to breathe. The experience made me feel comfortable going to the dentists office.
