I went in to see Dr Pevsner after scheduling an appointment. When I arrived, I waited 1hr45 minutes for him until the clerk told me he was actually not in today, apparently he had left early for the day. This was horrible because I was feeling dizzy with heart palpitations. When I finally received treatment (at a different clinic) the EKG indicated a serious issue and we were lucky to catch it in time. When I stopped by to complain and transfer my records to the new doctgor, they actually tried to get me to pay for the missed appointment. I was outraged. Then, they couldnt even find my file, saying my name was no longer in the computer!

Dr William Pevsner has been treating my wife & I for at least 15 or more years. When his mother moved to San Dimas she became a patient also. We have been 100 % satisfied with the staff and the doctor. They are kind, professional and efficient. Dr. Pevsner and his staff spend much time with us and I feel that they truly care about our well-being. I am pleased to recommend Dr. Pevsner to my friends and to those who are seeking a knowledgeable physician.

Dr. Pevsner has been my doctor for over 20 years. My wife and my son has joined me in seeing him as our doctor. My daughter who just graduated from seeing her pediatrician should also join us. I hope that says it all.
