Cant say enough good things about Julian & the team at SOMA Sport and Physio. Went for 3 months when I was hiking a lot (40+ miles/weekend) and experiencing back pain severe enough that I sometimes couldnt sleep and was unable to sit during meetings at work. After working with the team on strengthening and increasing flexibility, Im back to all my former activities without any pain. I was blown away by how much they changed things for me. Absolutely recommended.

I was just visiting the bay area when my hip became misaligned. I was in so much pain I had to see someone. Dr. De La Rosa had enough time to work on me. What a fantastic experience!! They utilize some progressive treatments. I was a 10/10 on the pain scale when i arrived and I was completely pain free when I left. Thanks so much!
