I received great customer service at Eyecare Associates. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When I asked if they could find me frames similar to what I had, Kathy said she would go online and search for some. She called me when they arrived and told me to come in and try them on. One of them was exactly what I was looking for. I was impressed that Kathy did all the work for me. Ive never experienced that level of service before when choosing glasses.

Worst experience ever. The associates are not at all customer friendly.they messed up my accounting and now I am told that I do not have any money for ordering glass through my insurance. Without the customers approval they billed the contact lenses evaluation towards my insurance. Dont think I will ever recommend this to anybody else. Time to look for a new provider.

Ordered several eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses for the family though EyeCare Associates, and they consistently provided an excellent customer experience. Stacey (in Optical) is especially helpful!
