The woman who commented last clearly has no idea what goes on there or what recovery means. Not everyone who goes there wants to be sober, some go to appease family/girlfriends others go got court etc. I went there because I wanted to get clean and thanks to azure acres I celebrated 3 months today, which from the shape I was in before I got there is a miracle. It is tedious with lectures, meetings, and homework all day but you get what you put in to it. There is free time but not tons, and anyone recovering needs balance and to remember how to enjoy life/activities again. David is an amazing counselor, as well as the others from the kitchen staff to the front office employees. I highly reccommend azure if you want to change your life. It changed mine and Im forever grateful!

They dont search the pts bags upon entering. They go off the honor system for people headed into detox.....yeah right? Thus drugs are brought in. They get angry at you if you lie. They humiliate you in front of the others that are there for treatment. The Dr.s there are not properly trained in the care of drug addicts or the drug addiction process and are not there to help but are angry at you for your drug problem. The head of the place cusses and acts "threatening" . DO NOT Recommend! Pretty on the outside but evil on the inside.

Worse display of addiction care I have ever seen in my life. Totally unacceptable behavior on the Dr and staff. Lots of cussing and inability to follow the privacy laws. Dr has anger issues (as well as the staff) and unable to deal with this illness professionally, or sympathetically. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This places saved my life. Some of the best therapists Ive ever met. Its a GORGEOUS property. They helped my heal and get clean. I learned so much about myself and about addiction. They have a fantastic family program that really helped my mom. Thank you espically to David and my therapist Denny. <3
