Id known about Home Instead for many years, and heard good reviews about this particular franchise. But it wasnt until I needed its services, did I really understand why this is such an excellent service and business. Im not a senior, but I became ill, and needed home care. My husband called Home Instead, Sunnyvale, and they immediately got to work finding me a match. The first day I had someone come over, one of the owners came along, and soon I was getting the help I needed. I had more than 1 care-giver over the short-term time I needed care. All of the caregivers were kind and helpful. They were able to help me get my food, time my medicines, and do light house-keeping, which was a god=send. Afterwards, the owner contacted me to follow up, something I did not expect. I highly recommend Home Instead to anyone needing home care.
