If I could give MINUS 5 STARS I would.... This company is a joke...... Trying to get an Nebulizer for over 3 weeks now.... Lies about information from doctor... Did not give doctor correct information... Gave me different info than my what was given to my doctor... On phone now with them now... After three weeks communication with them, just now told there is a separate department for my insurance carrier...... HATE THIS COMPANY! Now this Apria IDIOT tells me he has no record of the equipment.. No approval.. No prescription.. Nothing.... Then, after I start screaming...we have you for a filter... Wrong... Oh, we dont have the prescription... Wrong... Oh, not for portable... Wrong..... I hung up... They are so STUPID! IF you can avoid it DO NO USE THIS COMPANY they will drive you crazy.

Went in (non-Kaiser); my RT was very patient, explaining all the options and machines that were available to me. easily spent over an hour making sure I was well taken care of. BUT--- When the machine developed a problem, I just "dropped in," and it took forever. I was sitting in the lobby for 3 hours, and when they finally came out to "take a look at the machine," they just gave me a different one. Hell the gal at the desk could have done that and save me 3 hours. Luckily, all the people waiting as well (about 9 of us) kept each others spirits up. I have to go back in tomorrow morning because this new machine is giving me problems, but Im going in the second they open to avoid any crowds.. Will let you know how THAT comes out...

I was directed there by Kaiser to purchase a CPAP machine. They told me that I could only buy one brand because that is what my doctor had prescribed. When I went to pick it up, I had to wait for over one and a half hours just to have the machine handed to me with no explanations on how to use it. Their sign states "Walk in will be attended within 1/2 hour". I paid for the machine at the time of delivery and 3 weeks later I received a bill in the mail for the full amount. I had to make an appointment at Kaiser to get questions answered and that is when I found out that I could have had any machine I wanted, not the one that was forced on me. They are rude and they lie. I will not go back there.

I called Apria in early summer(Pacific Pulmonary informed me, when I called to place my order, that they lost the bid for the Concord area for providing CPAP supplies) and was told Apria would contact my Dr. for a copy of my Sleep Study and get my account set up to get supplies. It is now September. Not a word from Apria. Now they cant find any record of my request....No wonder my family members using CPAPs gripe about Aprias service!

Calling in is as close to useless as it gets. Ive done it twice. You cannot understand the people, and they cannot help you anyway. Wanted to get a new mask for CPAP and schedule an appointment. I could not understand what the lady was saying, other than she could not make an appointment and someone would call within 7-10 business days. No one called so I called again. Same experience. Thats some customer service.

I just called Apria in Walnut Creek. The comments are correct. It took the staff almost 6-7 minutes to quote me a 1/2 rail electric bed to raise and lower the bed as well as the head and feet. The monthly was quoted at $650! I can buy a new bed for $1000. Oops---the monthly fee is $168 because she gave me the cost of a heavy duty bed for individuals over 600 pounds. The manager will be calling me back.

Having a terrible time getting anyone on the phone that I can communicate with about a CPAP supply problem, get the Philippines call center, on hold for 15-20 minutes twice now, and then line disconnected. Ask for Escalation department, on hold again now for another 20 minutes. Wasting an hour so far and still no one to answer my question or deal with the issue I have. Unbelievable!

Daily calls to the office every day for two weeks to schedule a mask fitting. My calls were never returned. I have lodged a complaint with my doctor but I think the only recourse now is to file a complaint with my insurance company so they can contract with another company. Apria is a bottom feeder in the healthcare industry.

Their BiPAP machine failed. Multiple calls failed. Then they called me, and gave a four-hour window. They never came. By then it was Saturday, and the local wouldnt answer and the Salt Lake City # just rang and rang. The client had to take a 911 to the hospital for CO2 poisoning. Lawsuit beckons...

Poorest communication system in the business. Endless and frustrating phone queue. Their "Supplies" phone number makes you wade through a dozen promotional giveaways and sales pitches! Cant reach a technician on a weekend when problems with CPap arise.

I am so upset. I scheduled a pick up for a hospital bed, and the customer service representative scheduled it with me. I took the day off and now, they say they cant pick it up. So unorganized!!!!

PURCHASE ELSEWHERE! Poorest customer service ever. After being re-routed thru the system, I got an operator who was hard to understand. On phone for 25, minutes for simple order.
