Been there a few times and the Vet there is not knowledgeable on a lot of things or just giving me misinformation. Saying that my Flea drops didnt kill the fleas on the dog so I needed to give him a THEIR MEDS... Then Charged me for services never rendered or even needed... Will Never go back and would not suggest anyone else go there either unless they want to spend money that they dont need to spend... Not to mention the almost suffocated my dog... Not knowledgeable people there... They were going to clean my dogs ears so they were trying to put on a muzzle but my dog is a Short face Boxer with a nose the is at a back slant... So when it went on is COVERED his nose and he couldnt breath... They didnt see it and my dog was swinging his arms and they thought it was just him... COME ON PEOPLE get a grip on what your doing...

Dr. Tracie Uchima is a very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and caring Veterinarian with extensive training and education. She explains things in lay persons terms so one can understand the issue or illness of their companion animals in very precise and succinct language. My cats love her and she manages to put them at ease with her gentle bedside manner. Her staff is excellent, loving and easy going. they make me feel welcome when I come to the Clinic. I highly recommend this place. the prices are reasonable and its not all about the money like some other hospitals, clinics and Vets that I have been to over the years.

Took our dog here to get spayed. They killed her and say that she died "unknown reasons". Completely furious at their professionalism and their way of handling the situation. They call the crematory and send her to get cremated. Dont even bother to do additional bloodwork or anything to see what the cause of death was. I would never recommend this place to have their pet spayed, or any type of surgery. They apparently have no idea what they are doing. If you have pets that you love and care about, DO NOT bring them here.

We recently rescued a shih tzu/poodle mix and took him to Ohana Veterinary Clinic for an examination. Turned out he needed several teeth removed and had also contracted kennel cough from the facility we found him at. The Clinic removed the teeth and have given "Charlie" very good care. The call the next day from them to check to see how he was doing was very much appreciated. Dr. Tracie Uchima was very compassionate and caring with our dog. We will be using them for all of our veterinary needs.

I cant say enough good things about all of the staff at Ohana. I have three dogs that I entrust to Dr. Uchima and Dr. Tran and the entire Ohana. The procedures are always explained to you very clearly and they are very open to any questions or concerns you may have. Ive had numerous emergencies that Ive brought to Ohana, and have never been disappointed or dissatisfied with how they treat my family.

Ive been taking my dogs and cats to Dr. Jansen for at least 10 years, I have even moved out of the area and still come back to him. These bad reviews are a shock, not all animals (much less) people can be saved no matter who the doctor is or how much money you put out. Some of the staff could definitely be replaced but the long term people who have been there are great.

I started coming here when they were still Jansen Animal Hospital and have continued to come here since the transition to Ohana Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Uchima and Dr. Tran are both very good and very patient with the animals. My daughter started bringing her dog here, which has been labeled as "difficult" by other vets.

I got my first dog, a rescue dog, over two years ago. Numerous people referred me to Jansen Animal Hospital for his first checkup and Vet needs. Service has been excellent, no waiting, and the prices have been fair. Sometimes, parking can be a challenge, but thats minor. Wish my doctors office ran as efficiently.

Ive been taking my two dogs to Jansen for a few years now. They do a good job. Professional. Friendly. Im able to just walk in and if theyre not too crowded, get treatment right away. The price seems good also. I would recommend them. I am a repeat customer.
