It was my familys good fortune to locate the Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital through a referral provided by a friend of our daughter. Just a few days after we moved to Colorado Springs in July, one - and then the other - of our dogs became ill. In my first telephone call to inquire about arranging for our first dog to be seen, I received a same-day appointment. That really impressed me. The evaluation, treatment and overall care provided to our dog was excellent. Two days later, I went through the same exercise when our second dog became ill. Again, a prompt appointment was scheduled, and comparable evaluation, treatment and care were provided. Our dogs recovered fully within three days of each being treated and provided medication. Since our initial two contacts with the veterinarians and staff at PCVH, both of our dogs have gone back for routine exams, annual vaccinations and to acquire El Paso County dog licenses. From the in-facility courteous treatment to the follow-up telephone calls to see how our dogs were doing, I know we are fortunate to have our dogs as patients of the Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital. Our dogs are 12 and 13 years of age. They have been members of our family for a long time, and we are gratement for the variety of veterinary services we received within weeks of moving to Colorado Springs. The veterinarians and staff at the Texas animal hospital that cared for our dogs were outstanding. They excelled at everything they did for our dogs and for us, and we wondered when we moved away if we would have the good fortune in locating a comparable facility with equally caring and competent staff. Thankfully, we found the Colorado equivalent of the highly skilled and caring staff that cared for our dogs in Texas. Thank you for allowing me to provide this review.

The Gold Standard of Vet Care. You will not find a better team of Veterinary Doctors and Staff anywhere in Colorado or this nation....and my wife and i have had our pets to many of them throughout our careers. Diana and I have been bringing our two beagles, Max and Ruby, to PVCH for the past 4 years. The medical care, compassion, and attention to detail to ensuring our twos health and well being from the smallest of ailments to the most concerning issues is absolute and unconditional. You will know immediately that your pet is in the right hands from day 1. We are so very fortunate to have this great team in Co Springs...you will be hard pressed to find anyone that even remotely matches what they are capable of in providing the best vet care to your furry friends. I would not take my pets ANYWHERE else. There is no comparison to the high level of care. The staff is thorough, caring and genuinely wants to help. Drs Josh and Cristy Fisher have ALWAYS spent the time to explain things. When one of my cats went into kidney failure suddenly, they treated him immediately ( he is not such a nice kitty at the vet ). He was so sick and after 4 days of being on IVs, he pulled through!! It was so scary. They never were bothered by my many calls and questions. I now give him fluids under the skin every day, which he does not like so much. I give him treats every time I do this and he doesnt even know. He is all about food. Thanks to the doctors for saving my cat.

We went to 6 different vets in the Springs before finding Pine Creek. We could not get anyone to explain to us what was happening with our labrador, they would only tell us to take her off certain meds. Pine Creek was the only one who made a recommendation AND explained fully why they were making that recommendation AND how to help her going forward. Our labrador was not in good health when we found Pine Creek and now, thanks to them, now a year later, she is a healthy senior! The front staff is so friendly and helpful. The doctors even answer the phone and are also super friendly and helpful. We will be a lifetime customer for all our furbabies!

After banfield in petsmart tried to rip me off and charge me $700 I checked out this place the next morning. I love my dog and I would pay $700 if I really needed to but banfield was being excessive and suggesting unneccessary work to be done on my dog to the point of sedation. Pine Creek is clean, nice, and most importantly the doctors and staff are really good at what they do. Dr Fisher was very attentive and explained everything to me very thoroughly and was excited to help my dog get better, not just make money. Dr Fisher sent me home with some meds and my dog is doing much better =) Im so glad to have found this place! Bring your pets here!

I just cannot speak highly enough about Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital! All the staff is so kind and helpful, and the doctors are amazing! I recently brought my elderly maine coon mix cat (15+ years) in for a serious emergency and they saved his life! He is a miracle cat thanks to their quick response and treatment. It was a team effort in there and everybody was so compassionate. The emergency visit was only our second visit, but after the first visit a few months ago (for another cat) I knew this was the hospital for us, and now its settled, they are the best and I wouldnt take my cats anywhere else.

What can I say. We took my sick cat to this place after a closer vet lied to us for 2 years. I cant remember who took care of us but she gave us the answer we didnt want to hear. She didnt sugar coat it and we actually needed it. Because of her, we figured out our cat was suffering for so long. We took him in a week later to put him down. The doctor was gentle with him and she even cried with my mother. After we got our ashes back, we got two hand written notes from the vet on how sorry she was. She actually cared. Going here from now on. Thank you so much guys.

Im new to town and needed to find a vet for my 2 dogs, my children. I did some research, checked with some folks and decided to try out Pine Creek. What a great decision. I was impressed with everything and everyone. The vet tech, Casey, and Dr. Josh were very thorough and patient. They did not rush and answered all my questions. The person up front, Stephanie (I think) was also great! I hope I dont have to visit again soon, but if I do I know my kids are in good hands! - Lora (Tosha and Caseys mom)

I took my Boxer, Jake to Pine Creek for about 9 years. We recently had to say goodbye to him. Although the decision was ours to put Jake to sleep, I couldnt have made the decision without Dr. Joshs comfort & support. The entire staff at PCVH has always been friendly & thoughtful. Special thanks to Erica, shes been there from day 1 for Jake. You will not get better care for your pet than from the staff at Pine Creek. Thank you all for the many years of caring for Jake.

Dr Cristy & Dr Josh have been our fur kids Vets since we moved to Colorado Springs. They are not close to us by any means, but definitely worth the drive across town. We met them after we adopted a retired military working dog that they had cared for while he was in foster care. Their work is top notch - our 3 pets saw them for everything from routine care, dental work, blood pressure, initial orthopedic care ... Great doctor team & great staff.
