I went to this vet for the fist time on Saturday and couldnt be more unhappy with how they treated my puppy and their services. I brought my puppy in for an eye infection and the dr seemed to rush the appointment and prescribed eye drops and benadryl. I called an hour after my appointment (still in business hours) to ask about giving my puppy the generic for benadryl since I had it at home and asked about the active ingredient. After three days later I called them and they had no record of my message. The receptionist was very rude and wouldnt look into my question, saying just play it say and give him the brand name. I also asked if I could switch medication so he could have it in cream form over drops because I was unable to give him his eye drops. I explained he wouldnt sit still and when I pinned him down he would growl and snap at me. She told me she had no other solutions and there was nothing she could do. I ended up going to another vet and was able to give him an eye cream, since the new vet I went to took the time to administer the medication for me so they could see his reaction. When I told the other vet about my experience they were shocked. I would never go back. I would never recommend this place even in an emergency.

Update 1/18/2015: Last August we lost our beloved Nikki dog. Originally, we thought wed have to bring her in and have her put to sleep, but even in death, she didnt want to go to the vet! She passed away 10 minutes before we would have loaded her up to take her in. And so we carried that precious body to Dr. Sebunyas to entrust him with her earthly remains. They gave us an exam room for as long as we needed it. What a blessing! The kids got to grieve and mourn, laugh and tell stories. At one point, my oldest knew that it was time to cover her up and leave, so we did. What a blessing to have a safe place like that! For this I will always love Dr. Sebunya and his amazing staff!! Original Review: Ive had several visits with Dr. Sebunya and most are mundane office visits for our furbaby. But one was a family crisis and I just have to say that Dr. Sebunya was a lifesaver. Not sure what we would have done without him. I love his staff! So friendly and professional! Feels like being part of the family when I go in!

If you have a pet and you need a vet this is a fantastic place! I have been bringing my dog Chiquita to see Dr. Sebunya for going on 2 years and we could not be happier! The Vets Hospital is just down the street from me but when I was looking for a new Veterinarian I went online and read most of the reviews for them and everyone I read convinced me to take my little friend to them. I also read that people drive there from all over the Denver area to take their pets to them. Everyone there is always friendly, caring, professional and takes Chiquitas health and happiness seriously. Again, I could not recommend them more! I have had to take Chiquita in for emergency visits on the weekend, I know being open 7 days a week is hard to do but they are always there when you need them! I would also like to take this opportunity to extend a very heartfelt Thank You to all at The Vets Hospital for all that you do!!!

My two Bengal cats are my kids so of course I want a veterinarian who will treat my kids in the same caring manner that I treat them. We have never had a bad experience at Vets Animal Hospital. Both Dr. Sebunya and Dr. Ruggles are very caring and knowledgeable veterinarians. When one of my kids had to have dental work, I was very concerned about how he would react to the anesthesia - years ago I lost a cat that didnt react well to it. Dr. Sebunya took precautionary measures which went a long way to help set my mind at ease about the procedure. Everyone at The Vets Animal Hospital is an animal lover and those are exactly the kind of people you want taking care of your furry companions - the kind of people who understand how much you love your pet. Plus they have the funniest dog comics posted on the wall in the waiting room.

I have been taking my pets exclusively to The Vets Animal Hospital for almost 20 years. Their service is excellent, their location is right off I-25 and 84th, they are open weekends, and their prices are the most reasonable in town. They even have cheap health care plans for your pets. The Cat Plus plan my kitty is on is only about $27/month, and it includes shots, checkups, yearly teeth cleaning, and blood work. Everyone that knows me knows that I am very picky about my pets, and I dont trust them to just anyone. The Vets is the only place I take my precious pets, and I know several other people who feel the same way.

I have been taking my pets to this vet for the past 18 years. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and caring. Their prices are very reasonable, and we currently have all four of our pets enrolled in the yearly plan. When we moved to Arvada, we tried another vet closer to our new home. The prices were outrageous and there were so many different folks on staff that no one there recognized us or our pets from visit to visit. Even though the drive is a bit longer now, we are sticking with The Vets. We know we will get the best care for our pets from people who feel like family.

Dr. Beckstrom has been taking care of our pets for several years now, and they have always received excellent care at affordable prices. The staff is caring and compassionate to pets and people, and Dr. Beckstrom is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel that I can ask questions and get honest answers. When we had to put our dog down last year, I felt that everyone was very sensitive about the situation which made things easier for me. I would recommend The Vets to anyone who is looking for a caring vet and doesnt want to spend a fortune.

I have been a "Pet Patient" for almost ten years. I utilize their maintenance plan and with great results. I also can get into the clinic whenever I have a concern that I would like addressed. They have Spayed my dog and operated on her when she had an orthopedic problem with her hind legs. Outcome has been terrific and as time goes by the service is wonderful. I have recommended them several times and have never regretted the referral. I cant imagine a better clinic. The clinic is open 7 days a week and extremely accessible.

I didnt take my dog here. I called to ask some questions, and the lady that answers the phone kept interrupting me, and finally offered me an appointment without even hearing about her symptoms. I tried again to explain my babys symptoms, again I was interrupted as she sternly told me "I know sir, she still needs to be seen." (How could she "know"? She wouldnt stop talking long enough for me to tell her!) I responded"Thank you anyway, Im going to look for a place a bit friendlier. Her response was "Thats fine", and hung up.
