These people must have practiced by selling time shares. High pressure and it feels real sleazy, like they arent quite being honest, except instead of vacation time they have your very sick dog in the middle of the night, wont let you go back to see her even though you ask 4 times. Thank God I had the presence of mind to wait until morning to get a 2nd opinion before I spent $5000. I still got stung for well over $1000 for not sure what. I have talked to two vets and two medical doctors since and given what I was being told by AEC and the reality, these people will take your money even though they know your dog is going to die soon anyway. At a time like that you dont need someone yanking your heartstring and willing to let your dog go through a few days of suffering for thousands of dollars so they can make a buck.

Dr. Rooney and the staff who cared for my Molly were excellent. Every time we brought her in to the clinic she would be so excited to see her friends again. She was a very loving creature and I know she appreciated all their gentle care and kindness. We are very thankful for the very active=2 years we had with her since they took that bone chip out of her shoulder. She may not have had a long life, but she definitely had a very full one-and we feel blessed to have had her joyful spirit in our lives for as long as we did.

I brought in my dog after giving birth to 8 puppies she stop contracting so I brought her in to make sure there wasnt anymore puppies left found out there was one more they gave my dog the meds she needed and gave us a room free for however long we needed and monitored my dog until she gave birth to her last pup these people are great and caring Thanks to the great staff

We cannot thank the staff enough for caring for our hamster, Brownie. He meant alot ot us and was a great friend to the children. We truly appreciate their kindness.
