I have been taking my dog to this clinic for a few months for follow-up care from a surgery performed at another vet. The good part first - I love that they are homeopathic. The Dr. came up with some good options to keep my dog’s tummy happy while he was on all the drugs. I think they are probably a good vet for routine care. Now the bad...the communication breakdown is one of the worst I have seen at any business. On more than one occasion, my dog ran out of meds and they had no idea how to get more. I had to ask several times to get refills and on all 3 occasion had to go somewhere else to get them (another vet 2x and 1x to a people pharmacy - I guess I should have switched to the other vet), because they refused to do an online pharmacy that carried what we needed. I was told once that we were good to go only to end up back in worse shape. The final straw was my last vest. The first vet missed some bone in his first surgery and Dr. Jasek said he would likely need another surgery. They took x-rays and asked me to bring in the others to compare, which I did. Its been 3 weeks of me calling them without any response. Since then, my dog has run out of meds (which I told them in 2 of the conversations), and I have no idea if hes supposed to have another surgery or what. Despite all of my phone calls, they have been completely unresponsive about his medical stuff, but they did call twice to remind me that I still owed them a little money. If only their billing people could answer medical questions, right? It is obvious that they just dont care about animals or customer service. Bottom line, they might do okay with routine care, but dont waste your time or money with people who could care less about you or your pet.

Dr. Holmberg is just the best!! Weve been taking our pets to him since he was at Banfield, and he was the only doctor we trusted there – everyone else just wanted to waste our money. When Dr. Holmberg bought his own practice, we were more than happy to follow him (and we even had months left on our Banfield wellness plans for multiple pets, which we had to finish paying, but it was so worth it to follow Dr. H). He is SO KIND, honest, and happy to answer any question. Hes a whiz with our extremely allergic white boxer, and hes the only vet that has been able to make him comfortable and stop some of the itching. You can really tell that Dr. H loves animals – he sits on the floor with our dogs and lets them lick his face while he talks to you. Were so happy to be patients of Dr. Holmberg!

Dr Judy Jasek is a classically trained vet (CSU) who is also trained in alternative medicines.The winning combination which has made all this difference with our hound. We have a gorgeous rescue lab with bad kidneys and allergies. Other vets put him on steroids and extremely strong drugs to help with his allergies and kidney support. We took him to Dr Judy who switched him over to chinese herbs. His blood works show improvement across the board, his coat looks great, and we believe the switch in meds will increase his life. Shes a great vet who has a fine practice. Were moving out of state and are already on the quest to find someone with the skills, savvy and great attitude. And of course -- quality of care which trumps all.

Weve been taking our dog to Belleview Animal Clinic for 2 years now, and were satisfied with their love and care for our pet, and their more holistic approach. However, there have been a couple times where they were not upfront with what they are doing and how much they charging. I recently scheduled an appointment to get my dog a routine shot, and they proceeded to do a wellness exam (which I had not asked for) and charged me an additional charge of $50!!! This happened another time when they trimmed my dogs nails for $17!!! From this point forward, I will be asking questions every step of the way as they care for my dog to ensure Im not being taken advantage of or being overly charged for services I can do myself.

Took my Tabby in because I was getting desperate for alternative to help her. She had IBD/Lymphoma and her bloodwork showed Lymphocytes, Baso, Neutros on the high side almost completely off the chart. They prescribed a supplement called "Feline Enteric Support". After giving her this 2x a day for only a month, did a repeat blood panel and was amazed that all of her levels had gone back down to normal range. I wish I would have known about this when it all started back in January of 2015. It may have prolonged her life? She didnt make it to see the new year and passed on 12/2/15. But I am thankful for Bellview Animal clinic! Staff is very friendly and refills were always easy.

I took my 2 sphynx cats to a traditional vet 3 different times with no results and 1000 dollars wasted. Like you my cats are my children and I wanted the best for my babies. Im a holistic person myself I just never knew there was a holistic vet here! They did acupuncture and sent us home with some herbal remedies and in all honesty I really didnt things were looking to good for them. But thanks to everyone at Belleview, my babies are 100% back to normal and healthy! Im so grateful I found this place. I will never go anywhere else! You have got to try this place. What a great vibe there. Its an amazing experience!
