I cant even begin to tell you how great of a Vet Clinic this is... In a real pinch our cow had a very serious case of Prolapsed Uterus and I contacted Doctor Smith late at night. Did I mention this was during the blizzard? I told Doctor Smith that I couldnt make any solid appointment time as I had to dig my trailer out of the snow, plow the driveway and then drive 40 min to his clinic. Dr. Smith told me to "just get there when I could" and he would see her no matter what. I arrived at around 10:00 am the next morning and Dr Smith and his other staff Doctor worked on our very special cow until almost 2:00pm. Amazing, dedicated, knowledgeable, caring doctors. Dr. Smith was so up front an honest in every way on his diagnosis. This was my first experience with Comanche Vet Clinic, I contacted them after I couldnt get any of my local vets to help me in anyway. They were well worth the trip. They have earned every bit of my future business! Special thanks To Sherry for taking all my calls and helping me with my travel directions!!!! Id give this place 0 stars if I could. Me and my family have been a patron of this vet clinic for 25+ years. Last weekend, Saturday April 9th, our 12 year old sheltie Cisco (who has been being taken care of at this vet since he was born) took a sudden turn for the worse and was bleeding out of his mouth. We called Comanche hoping to get him euthanized so he would no longer suffer and were told that they "dont perform euthanasia services on Saturdays." Excuse me? You dont perform euthanasia services on Saturdays? This is a suffering animal, who has been under your care for 12 years and the vet we have trusted in our family for over 20 years. I get not scheduling a euthanasia on Saturday, but this was an emergency. Im absolutely appalled at the way the receptionist spoke to us on the phone and also disgusted that a clinic that says they "serve animals" would turn a blind eye to a dog that was clearly suffering and needed help. We feel so betrayed. Run, run far away. Dont give this vet clinic any of your business. They dont care about you or your animal for one second. If they refused to help a 20+ year client, I cannot imagine how they are treating people and animals that are new to their clinic.
