Searched for small animal vets online and came up with a vet up north.. called and they said our hamster needed to be seen asap and suggested I call PetSmart and ask them who they vet with brilliant! I called and unfortunately they told me they use hilltop pet clinic.. optimistic they might be able to help I called and was told I could bring in our poor Perseus in three days from time of the emergency.. needless to say he didnt make it through the hour. I am not blaming them for the death of my animal. However,Through my experience I would never recommend ANYONE actually count on this clinic for help. Ill tell anyone I ever talk about vets with to heavily consider somewhere else that has compassion and is willing to help in an emergency... not just count down the last hour of their work day. Good luck and prayers your animals are okay. RIP Perseus

Dr. Crook is AMAZING! He & the entire staff know us & our pets by name! They create such a welcoming, stress free environment that we actually ALL ENJOY going! They genuinely care for our pets, take their time with them, & follow up after their visit with a phone call to check on the "patient" Its nice to have a place that takes care of the owners as well as the pets! ❤️ Magnum, Roxy, & Peyton

Unfortunately Ive had my pets at the vet A LOT lately! Ive had the opportunity of working with all the staff at Hilltop. I love these people! They know my pets by name, they have a logical approach to medicine and they truly love their jobs. I cant thank them enough for all the help they have been!!!

This office has the kindest, warmest and most talented staff. I have been treated with the up most respect, warmth and concern. The Veterinarians are top notch and the staff are awesome. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone with a Fur Baby, Bird, Exotic Animal or Farm Animal. I love them all!

We just Love Dr. Crook and all the people at the NEW Hilltop Vet!! Cant say enough good things about the caring staff- the short wait times, the knowledgeable Dr. and the easy to get to location. Our Cats and dogs have finally found a vet clinic to call HOME :)
