The doctors and PAs are competent, but the service is terrible. If you call and try to speak to your provider, you will get a call back a day (maybe 2) later from a medical assistant who will try to address your problems. Medical assistants are NOT qualified to answer questions about medications and health conditions, yet thats what this practice does. I was on the phone with a medical assistant at this practice and they were giving me medication advice that I knew wasnt accurate. I became very uncomfortable and wondered how often this happened and with how many other patients. It is almost impossible to reach your actual provider there. There do everything they can to not make that happen. I couldnt even get my provider to call me and answer a question about a medication I was on. They insisted that I come in and pay for an appointment (one week wait) to answer a single medication question. The service here is horrible. It is all about them, and not at all about their patients. I always feel pretty "insulted" by the level of service here.

Worst service! Physicians and staff do not care and there lack of professionalism apparent. The professionalism of the organization as whole is inadequate and second rate. There phone system does not work properly and when they do answer they will put you on hold again. The administration does not care, endless hold to make a simple follow up appointment. Ive been a customer for about twenty years. In the last year the organization has hit rock bottom. Maybe no one cares. Contact a different office if you can.

I am kind of new to this practice and I am also a professional nurse. I am very happy with my physician Dr. Elzi. He actually cares and listens to me. I was having a problem getting my medications and I called first thing in the morning and "Grace" at the office helped me and was so nice and she helped me immediately and even apologized even though it wasnt her fault! This office gets it. They are really busy but I think its because they are so great everyone wants to go here.

WRIM practice hasnt been the same since Dr. Steve Krebs left the practice a couple of years ago. Lots of staff left as a result. This practice always seems too busy to get you in for an appointment if it isnt scheduled months in advance. I had to call another PCP office to be seen sooner. Really too bad. I am changing doctors due to the inconsistency of staff who are typically not helpful and put you off and the long wait times when you do finally get an appointment.

I was most disappointed in the staff of this place. They were rude and acted like it was no big deal.. they have big attitudes and treat you like your not a human. Correct me if Im wrong; I thought if you were in health care you wanted to help people not just treat them like crap.. this place gets 1 start because this is the minimum allowed.. really no star here.. one of the areas that needs the most help is REFERRALS!! This used to be one of the best practices in the area. I am now more than disappointed in the way they conduct their business. Had an injury I needed to have looked at. Was told since I had not been in 4 years I was now a new patient and they would not see me. As healthcare consumers we are told to use this resource carefully but when you do this practice penalizes you. Shame.

The staff and office is really on top of things here, and I say that as a patient and from when I worked at a retail pharmacy needing to call doctors all the time. And I love my PCP that works here.

The nursing staff is always pleasant and professional, and Dr. Mix is awesome. Shes personable and very straight forward, which I love.
