Id like to start by saying that Im a health care professional and I feel that bedside manner is one of the most important aspects in our profession. As a patient, you need to feel that youre receiving the best possible care. Its important for patients to be comfortable with their providers and its important to have faith in your provider especially when youre sick. That being said, this doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional when my husband was sick with bronchitis and pink eye. She walked into the room and her first words were, "EWWW, you have pink eye." She refused to properly assess my husband because he was "gross" (and this is exactly how she made him feel) and then sent him for an x-ray and never bothered to call him with the results, when she said herself, that he may have pneumonia. She seemed annoyed when my husband and I would ask her questions during our visit. I would never go back to this office and my husband would absolutely never go back or recommend her to anyone else. Very unprofessional.

Awful rude staff!!! Young girl at the front desk is always in a miserable mood, they are rude in person and over the phone. Ive had one too many bad experiences with that office from incorrect billing, prescriptions that were supposed to be called into a pharmacy that never were called in and just being treated like complete disrespect. Dr. Pinaroc is a nice person, she does act a little goofy almost 95% of the time which makes me question her seriousness on medical conditions. Never going back and I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. I should have known it was not a popular practice especially when I never saw too many patients other than myself in the waiting room.

I called to inquire on how long the Dr. Has been in practice and the lady who answered the phone by the name of Carmen sighed and said, "not really sure mam." I then asked if this is a common question. She said, "at least 10 Years that I know of - this is information you can also get online mam." She was so rude and sounded so miserable. I would never visit this dr. Horrible first impression and its unfortunate. Im sure she has turned away many potential patients.

She is absolutely amazing, as to other comments Ive read here, even though I at times am not the greatest patient she still is kind to me. Even when I didnt follow her plan to help me get healthier she is very kind to me, and she always takes her time with me, and believe me I can be annoying but she treats me with care. She has a big heart ♥ Thank you

Dr. Pinaroc is a very, very caring doctor. She cares about her patients. The staff there are wonderful. As an example, Stephanie went out of her way to help my husband with a claim. Dr. Pinaroc is one of the best doctors we ever had here in El Paso. We highly recommend Dr. Pinaroc.

I have been a patient of Dr Pinaroc for over 15 years here in El Paso . She is a very caring doctor . I have waited no more than half an hour of my appointment time in the waiting room where there were about 12 patients .
